I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Equinox in Vermont, and it exceeded all expectations. The staff's friendliness and hard work truly stood out, making our stay exceptional. The bellmen were incredibly helpful, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. The pool is beautiful and the accommodations were not only comfortable, but also showcased the beauty of Vermont with a gorgeous view. It's family-friendly with thoughtful amenities and a warm atmosphere that catered to every member of the family. It was a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and beauty. A five-star experience that I highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

My family and I had a lovely time at the Equinox hotel this February vacation. The pool was absolutely fabulous and sooo beautiful. My three children had a wonderful vacation! We enjoyed complimentary Lavazza coffee each morning in the lobby! The hotel staff was very friendly. We can’t wait to go back again soon.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Equinox for our friends’ wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cocktail hour and reception were held at the hotel, and everything was wonderful. You can’t choose a more picturesque place to vacation!

I love this classic hotel. We stayed when it was decorated for the holidays and every room was beautiful. The rooms are large and comfortable, the restaurant is good, the pool and spa are exceptional. The pool is large, and there is a sauna and steam room for guests to use. The staff is very attentive. It is in a quiet section of town so you are out of the bustle of the downtown and shoppers.

This is my go-to hotel in Vermont, when I need to really pamper myself. The rooms are fantastic, food is great, and the Spa is wonderful. I especially enjoy the hot tub, sauna and swimming pool. There are other services available there too if you are staying longer than overnight and if you plan a little better than I do to reserve. The staff is great too....Come and enjoy either a night or longer, you won't be disappointed. There is a lot of history here and in the area too!

We stayed at the Equinox for a late November getaway/shopping weekend and we are very glad we chose the Equinox for our visit. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very clean and had all the amenities you'd want. At check-in we were greeted by the front desk staff and they immediately made us feel welcome. Bob B. took the time to make sure he answered all our questions and also gave us suggestions for shopping and what offerings were available at the Equinox for dinner and activities. The weather didn't cooperate since it rained most of our visit but it gave us a chance to really enjoy all the Vermont charm that the Equinox has to offer. With burning fireplaces and plenty of cozy spots to sit, talk and relax the Equinox is a special place. We're already planning a return trip to Manchester and intend on staying at the Equinox again. We are very happy to recommend the Equinox.

Stayed at this hotel over New Years with another couple and we all had a lovely time. Hotel is very clean, nice amenities, room is spacious, bed is comfortable, breakfast was delicious, dinner at Chop House was excellent. Staff very friendly. Drive to Stratton Mountain was about 30 minutes. Highly recommend staying here during the ski season! Hotel is very kid & dog friendly.

My Fiancée and I wanted a nice weekend in Manchester and I booked the Equinox for the stay. We were so pleased with the resort itself but primarily with the staff. From the valets to the front desk and the amazing bartender, they all were so polite and helpful it made you felt like you were home.

We usually make the trip to Vermont each year during the Christmas season to Dine at the inns and take in the Christmas decorations. I will be returning next year and plan to stay at the Equinox Resort again.

A luxurious getaway, relaxing resort, in a gorgeous atmosphere with so much to do! Restaurants, a bar, outdoor hot tub, spiritual yoga, such an incredible resort I didn't want to leave to ski! Attended Land Rover course training which was so fun, incredible experience at Equinox overall, even in town, and everything was surprisingly affordable! Memorable, a must getaway!

Can't beat the zen location, crisp mountain air, beautiful historic building and grounds, and wonderful opportunities to explore, adventure, and dine! Really love coming to the Equinox and Manchester in general. There is so much to do, and the Equinox is an epicenter in a lot of ways, with great dining options, a beautiful, clean property, and numerous room options. I particularly enjoy the Orvis Inn for the history, but the cozy ambiance in the main building, the cool, dark bar, and fire pit outside, as well as the salt-water pool and spa are other highlights. Probably the best thing is stepping out in the morning, taking a coffee in the serene open main lobby, and then walking onto the back grounds to view Mount Equinox in all its splendor. Staff are very friendly and will direct you to abundant activities in the area, from off roading and golf, to restaurants, shopping, glass blowing, equestrian, canoeing, skiing and more.

I first stayed at The Equinox in the late 1990s and have come back many times since then. For those looking for a classic New England experience, it is an excellent choice. Southern VT is a shorter drive from NYC or Boston areas than other locations. The hotel is a historic property, the windows are old, the floors can slope, and it's not going to look like a brand new Ritz Carlton. But it does have plenty of history, plenty of charm, and a very warm staff. If you have a group or just a wide range of interests there are very few properties than can allow for golf, fishing, shooting, falconry, spa, hiking, skiing not too far away, and a lively small town to explore. I thought the rooms and bathrooms were in excellent shape. Breakfast was excellent and the all day complimentary tea, coffee, and water is a great touch. Looking forward to my next trip!

We stayed at the Equinox last week and were entirely pleased with our whole stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was large, clean, and comfortable. We also enjoyed the hiking trails behind the hotel, but they do need to update their maps as they are very difficult to read.

Last minute getaway, adult weekend. Very busy for a post foliage time of year. Falcon bar is good for cocktails and light bar menu. Bar tender was working hard. Weather was good so we were able to enjoy the outside firepits and seating. Room was good.

Went here for a wedding. The Equinox Resort is huge and comprised of several houses and amenities on a large property. The main building is very modern and has the spa, pool, bar, gym, and several meeting rooms in addition to guest rooms. The smaller houses are for guests and have standard rooms and suites. Parking is in the back of each one. There are daily activities on site. Shuttles and golf carts are offered to guests to get around the resort.

Wife and I spent a couple of nights here to visit family and do a little hiking. We loved it...like stepping back in time to late 19th century elegance. The property just screamed history, with many original photos on the walls from days past, while maintaining most of the modern-day luxuries of a current fine resort. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Everything was in good working order. I loved the shower, very nice pressure and plenty of hot water...very much appreciated after a day of hiking. The staff was very courteous and professional, especially Allison McMaster who showed us around and made sure our stay was everything we hoped it would be. They have an indoor pool and adjacent hot tub in a separate building, but we didn't use it, however it looked nice. All the other little rooms...library, sitting rooms with big brick fireplaces...all very warm and cozy. I could picture Teddy Roosevelt (who visited this property once or twice) standing near one of them smoking a cigar and winking as we walked by. Bully! Lol

The surrounding area is filled with many shops and restaurants to enjoy, many within walking distance. We had dinner at Mulligans and Zoey's Double Hex...both very good with reasonable prices and close to the hotel. Mulligans within walking distance and the other just about a 5-minute drive. We didn't eat at the hotel but have heard good things. The free coffee near the Chop House restaurant inside the property was outstanding. Normally I use creamer for my coffee but didn't need a thing with theirs, it was that good. :)

I/we highly recommend this place...and from what we understand they put on some top-notch weddings and receptions as well. Allison took us over to their private lake so we could see where they hold many of them, a beautiful spot. It's out of season so it was closed up, but we could picture how beautiful one would be in the warmer months, especially as the leaves turned in Fall. And driving past the golf course...looked like a well-maintained, well laid out, somewhat challenging course.

So, if ever in Manchester, VT and need a very nice place to stay...you will truly enjoy the Equinox.

We were upgraded to the Sweeney Todd Suite at the Jarvis Inn and it did not disapoint. The room and amenties were fantastic as were the staff, food and cocktails. This is a beautilful resort in a beautiful, new england setting that has charm and much do to outdoors! Would highly recommend for any outdoor enthusiasts or like us - looking to enjoy a tranquil weekend away to celebrate our anniversary! We will be back!
