Style Encore Williston

The staff is very courteous and fair. I feel comfortable bringing my gently used items. In the past, I've worked in retail positions and I am aware of the epidemic of folks who take from stores and sell them, and I appreciate not being immediately judged as one of those who do that! I take very good care of my belongings and enjoy being in a judgement free zone!
I hate having to sell some of my things, but I'm glad to pass them on to another who will Love then as much as I have!

I don't get to shop here often because I don't live in the are, but every time I come I find something. Everything I've gotten has been reasonable prices and in good conditions.
But my main reason for giving 5 stars is the customer service. That to me is a major factor for coming back to a store, and the ladies that have helped me while shopping there have always been very helpful and kind.

Love this store! Always find something at a great price. Big selection to choose from and the staff is friendly. I get several comments from people about the clothes I wear and always tell them where I got it.

I am ALWAYS looking to buy clothes as cheap as I possibly can because my weight fluctuates so much and I've been losing a massive amount of weight this past year and my mom actually took me in here for the first time several months ago and I fell in love! We SHOPPED! I got pretty much my whole summer wardrobe from there this year. I really like the selection they have here. I'm really picky about clothing because I have a lot of sensory issues and my clothes over-stimulate me a lot and I was able to find a lot of things I loved here.

The staff is super nice snd friendly from what I have experienced so far. They are nice, interactive with their customers the best they can be given how busy they get, pretty patient from what I've seen, and always answer my questions to the best of their ability as well.

Selling: I have only sold to them once (roughly a month ago) and I give the ladies who worked that day MAJOR props because not only was it really busy but I brought them 4 or 5 huge garbage bags full of clothes and they went through them in a timely manner, explained to me very well why they didn't take what they didn't take, complimented and thanked me for the plus size clothing I brought to them and I was able to buy new clothes and shoes with that money and still had money left over. I don't remember the girls name who checked me out that day but she was SUCH A SWEETHEART and we had a great interaction! She made me laugh and made the checkout process a breeze for me. The selling process for me was fantastic. I'm going back again today to sell again and I really hope I have the same experience I had last time.

I recommend this place constantly, especially to my plus size friends because they have a good selection for a decent price! And the selection got even better with all the stuff I dropped off before 😆 GO SHOPPING HERE!!! ITS GREAT!

I'm sorry to those who had bad experiences in the past but they seem to have improved since then tremendously 🥰 and I can tell how hard they work to ensure their customers have a great shopping/selling experience.

Oh I also love how organized this place is too!

Style Encore has a great selection, I always fine something and for a great price. And the staff are the best! Plus, I like that thrifting at Encore is a sustainable way to shop!

Love this store! Lots of shoes. When you're done you can hit Plato's closet and ask him what it was like to watch Socrates die...and if his clothes are for sale. 🃏

We’ve had very good experiences at Style Encore. My girlfriend has both sold and bought from them, the selling process is easy and they always have great selections for purchase. The staff is awesome and friendly too, everyone is always so sunny and they deserve all the praise.

Very friendly staff, organized store. Everyone is very helpful! Great store! Beautiful handbags and clothes! They are highly trained to look through clothing and they may have not taken all of my clothing but you can tell they work hard and are just doing their jobs and you cannot get mad at that! I got a little bit of cash verses going to good will and getting nothing!

I had never been here before but always heard about it. I went in looking for some sweaters to wear for a photoshoot and walked out with a handful of things! Even some super cute boots! Everyone was super friendly. There's an older woman that works there and honestly she was my favorite even if I only chatted for a moment with her. Definitely will return!!

We travel to Burlington for doctors appointments several times a month.. We always make time to stop and check out all the wonderful items that style encore has. The store is always neat and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is very rare that we don't buy a few items.

Walking away with phenomenal accessories bring it all together and they always draw complements Thank you for opening this store for us women that helps save on our wallets (that we got from you! Can you say Kate Spade? LOVE). Been shopping here since opening day.
