I scheduled a new patient exam with Dr. Swan for a broken tooth and had a great experience! All of her staff is very friendly and inviting, as is Dr. Swan. Coming from someone who absolutely HATES the dentist, this was truly a comfortable and easy process for me. I ended up needing a tooth extraction which was taken care of quickly and with no issues/pain. She has set me up with a care plan to fix all my other existing dental issues so I know exactly what to expect moving forward. It's relieving to find a dentist you feel comfortable with, especially after years of not going because of fear!

Got me in for a super last min emergency exam when no one else could — or would without a hefty out of pocket. Seamless experience from the wait room to getting X-rays and walking out the door.

Everyone was so friendly and treated me with care. I’m going out of town and have a big presentation next week, so being able to get seen quickly was a huge relief!

Dr. Swan and her staff are absolutely amazing! They're very conscious of your needs and explain throughly. I stumbled on to her practice on a dire emergency, she took care of me PROMPTLY. Top shelf in my opinion

after going to multiple dentists and not getting the treatment i wanted, this place was the one. everyone is super friendly and willing to help you in every way. they helped ease my nerves by talking me through each step and explaining my treatment plan. very professional and clean 10/10 would recommend!!

My son Alex had an emergency dental issue and he was able to be seen within a couple hours of me calling. Took care of the problem very quickly. Great service!

They are very friendly at Monticello dental! My sister goes there because they accept her insurance. A lot of times on Medicaid the dentists are few and far between that are great but here it is the best of both worlds. Super thankful for the team here. I definitely would trust sending any of my family members here. They are great with communicating with you as well about appointments. Highly recommend!

Dr Swan and her office have been phenomenal from routine cleanings to dealing with other dental complications, urgent appointments, and prompt referrals for advance services - happy to have them as my dentist and will continue to recommend them to friends and family!

1st visit with this Dental group. Everyone was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist who specializes in implants, explained everything they can do for me. I was very impressed.

I was seen for routine cleaning and had a positive experience. The dental hygienist spent the majority of my visit cleaning my teeth. I have receding gumline and she was very careful to clean the lower portion of my teeth but was very careful not to irritate my gums.

Everyone I met during my visit was so nice and it was a very welcoming environment! I highly recommend this dentist office if you're looking for a new dentist.

I was very anxious about my first Deep Cleaning. Family members and friends described it as a traumatic experience that I should avoid at all cost.

However, the grace in which Bailey performed my Deep Cleaning was nothing like they described. Best Dental Experience Ever. - And I am NOT a fan of Dental Appointments

Dr. Swan and her staff do a great job in making going to the dentist a positive experience. They are gentle, knowledgeable and do a great job.

People were super nice, explained everything and were very thorough! Would recommend them to everyone! Plus my teeth haven't been this clean since I moved here 15 years ago, and I go to the dentist every 6 months!

I have a huge fear of dentists and my teeth are in horrible shape, but I feel so comfortable here and they can often squeeze me in when I am in pain. I came in thinking of getting two teeth pulled and ended up having four pulled and very minimal pain during and after!! This is slowly making the PTSD from past dentists better and I'm so grateful!!

2024 update: continue to have a great experience. Rebeca is a wonderful hygienist and Dr Swan is lovely too. Contrite be prompt, thorough and efficient.

I’ve been using this office for several years. It’s important to me that an office starts my appointment on time and that I am not sitting in the chair waiting for long periods of time to see the doctor. My appointments start on time and I rarely wait more than a few minutes to see the doctor. They are friendly. The office is clean.

Love how nice everyone is at Monticello Dental. I was able to meet the new Dentist at the practice. He is very nice and has a professional manner.

Woke up with a toothache, hit google for a dentist nearby and they popped up first. Said there was an extraction special so I jumped on it, called and luckily was was able to get in after work same day. They gave me other options but were above my pay grade. Got the tooth out and on my way in less than an hour. Professional but also didn't mind my gen X sarcasm. 5 stars...highly recommend.
