John and his helper arrived on time, and we walked through the house to see the special needs of each area. They proceeded to vacuum and then use a water extraction method to clean the carpets. The carpets look great as well as the entry rugs by the doors. I highly recommend John at Stanley Steemer.

This is my third time using Stanley Steemer, first time using the Columbia, Missouri branch. For those of you taking the time to read this review, you obviously need to have your carpet cleaned. And if you've been thinking about saving money and just doing it yourself by purchasing a machine yourself. DON'T. I am telling you from experience. It costs the exact same for me to have my three rooms cleaned as it did for me to purchase a unit that didn't do half as good of a job as Stanley Steemer did. The technician that came by my place was probably one of the nicest guys that I've met since I've been in Columbia.

We had our ducts system cleaned and is worth every penny! Our house smells better and the hvac system runs so much better. They were very professional, fast, thorough and punctual. We are very happy and recommend duct cleaning by Stanley Steemers.
