Ive been blown away by the staff!! Seth, Roy, Garrett, Giovaney!! These guys are the ones to work with!! They have been graciously, with a lot of knowledge of the store and products; helped me over the past month get all the tools and supplies needed to build my husband an awesome deer stand!!

Went to pickup a online order. Kelsy was amazing helping me find the order. Then left the help desk to walk out to the parking lot and help me load it. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced at a home depot store. Columbia location has earned my business back that other towns have lost.

Awesome Home depot for all your home improvement needs or just accessories. Always a friendly staff and the prices are really not bad on most product.

Most known for its extremely large variety of well everything to do with your home, garage and lawn etc. If your remodeling your home or you just want to do a few touch ups here and there. It does in my opinion have more of the older model replacement parts and if your just looking to replace that one part and not wanting to dish out extra money to get a brand new item then this store is for you.

Jon went above and beyond assisting me with a complex order. Always patient, responsive, and made the entire experience a positive one. His coworkers and manager George also acted helpful and professional. 10 stars!!!

I love the employees here! We bring our kids and they are always so nice to them. Great selection of anything needed for gardening. Cleaning supplies, storage etc. Included is a picture of a succulent arrangement I made, all products from homedepot. Even the rug it's sitting on. Lol

They usually have what I'm looking for I'm not real crazy about the rebate because I'm sure several people don't follow through with sending in their receipts

I ordered romabio limewash through the customer service. She was helpful and it arrived at my door 4 days earlier than promised. I love it!

We were getting paint. The young man was so helpful and patient with us.

Had to return an area rug. The young man at the service desk came out and got it and carried it in for me. Very easy return. Friendly and helpful staff.

They helped me find everything that I needed to paint a room when I had no idea what I was doing, plus their plant selection is great!

Great place to find most things you need and alot of what you feel you need now

Recently, I bought Ryobi lawn mower (all green & light wt., 40 V self propelled 5 AHM battery operated). This was the 2nd one & we paid $549 + insurance worth $75. As usual it had the same old problem of SELF PROPELLAR. It didn't work in 1st one nor it worked in 2nd one. Also it had another problem of leaking mulched grass like powder back towards the person mowing the lawn. Grass catcher didn't fit well. On top of that there is NO SERVICE CENTER in Columbia, MO. So we decided to RETURN it.

Let me tell you, HOME DEPOT has the best RETURN policy. We took our receipt. No question asked they gave our money back within 10 minutes. Home Depot KEEP UP THE GOOD Work but please ask RYOBI people to improve the quality of yheir lawn mower & get a service center opened in Columbia. Thanks.

Had just the correct item my husband needed.

Thankful for their early morning hours and easy access parking and loading areas. I have always had the help of a pleasant, knowledgeable staff willing to answer all my questions! I also find the store layout easy and manageable. I don't spend my entire shopping experience searching for items, as each isle is categorized and clearly labeled. Definitely my favorite home improvement store!

They were out of stock of what I needed but they got me set up with a wheel call. So as soon as it is in they will let me know

I've been going to this Home Depot for years, as has my husband. Our preferred and favorite hardware store for so many things. 95% of the employees we interact with throughout those years are awesome and helpful.
Saturday, 6/25, though was our best experience yet. While searching for a bag of Scott's summer guard, we noticed it could possible be in a pallet 20 feet above us. Garrett and Colin in the Garden section did not hesitate to assist in all ways possible trying to find a bag potentially lower. In the end, they had to bring the pallet jack out and tediously move several pallets around to retrieve a single bag for us. Very helpful, accommodating and understanding. We just wanted to give them a special shoutout!

Always my favorite go to. Always clean and well organized, and so helpful when I'm not sure what I'm looking for. The home depot just rocks, not only for the diyers, but contractors too.
