Tuscany Villas Senior Apartments

I enjoyed coming over to look at your accommodations and a gentleman named Parker was very helpful. He seems very personable and business oriented. It looks like you have a great facility and I am looking forward to being a future client sincerely Cindy Mackert.

Parker was very informative and conducted a tour of the facility. Now, all I need to know, is whether or not my application has been accepted.

A few weeks ago I visited Tuscany Villas and met with Parker Beutler. Parker went overboard, giving me ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING service. He had a waitlist of over 70 people for an affordable apartment.Parker was kind enough to print off a list of other similar affordable apartments to put my name on a waitlist.

Over a month ago I spoke to management (Astrid) and Jordan and also Wasatch Properties asking when will the
"call box" be fixed ? Both parties told me "they are
working on it" I know this problem is not
rocket science, but please, over 1 month later
it is still not fixed and you can raise my rent almost $50.00 a month. Also the maintenance person has a problem with cleaning the inside of this building. He cleans a little here and a little there. I've lived here for 10 years and for the first 5 years.

hill with management/maintenance. I wish Clark Hunt was
still here as he kept everything in perfect order.

Excellent place to live safe clean, secure. Management easy to work with. Close to stores grocery, eating out all the amenities you need.

My mother in law recently moved into Tuscany Villas. The customer service and environment has been so positive! Parker has really helped make her feel safe and at home. She now lives in a beautiful location and safe environment with friendly and accommodating staff! I would definitely recommend for any family looking for affordable senior living!

My mom moved in here a couple months ago and she has really enjoyed it. Parker was super helpful in getting all her paperwork done and helping her get settled in. The apartments a good size for the price and has a very big ADA shower. Definitely recommend to any senior that is looking for a nice cozy place.

This was a great location and the personal tour by Brayden was very inviting. I appreciate those things when I’m considering moving into a place. I hopefully will be making this place my new home down the road. Thanks for the professionalism and excellent customer service.

I'm so great full that I was given the opportunity live in this wonderful apartment building. The apartments are spacious and the building is very well kept. The staff is wonderful with the open door policy for all. Staff are always available to help and support and I fell very safe here with the building being locked at night. I have no intention of moving anywhere else and I know my children are happy I'm here. As a senior I feel there me needs to be more than one or two apartments like this around the city, there is a real need for affordable housing. I have lived at Tuscany Villas Senior Apartments for over 7 years! I love being a resident here at the Villas! The property has remained clean and the apartments as well as the Beautiful surrounds are Amazing! I lost my husband 20 months ago! I still desire to live here because my location for my apartment feel as though when I sit out on my patio, I’m on the first floor, looks like the back drop of a Minnie mountain. The Trees, Shrubs, Rose Bushes, And Rock formations are just lush and as Beautiful as the day we moved in!!! I feel as if I’m living in a condo! The Staff is Amazing! The Manager Stays on top of everything concerning our needs, and concerns! I give Clark Hunt a lot of credit for making sure that our Residence and Surrounding property has remained as lovely as the day we have moved in, I went on vacay recently and looked forward to coming home. It’s Amazing living !!!

Our manager, Clark is so accommodating to address my concerns. I like living here. I've met many nice & caring residents. The Staff is really great, too! 2 thumbs up! :D

Tuscany Villa's management is very friendly, helpful and understanding. Our maintenance Mgr does an excellent service in maintaining Tuscany's upkeep and cleanliness. He recently assisted me with an issue in a friendly and expedient manner and it was resolved. While waiting on Tuscany's list for occupancy, I toured many of the facilities for seniors on a limited income throughout the valley. The cleanliness, appearance, activities and many other amenities factored into my decision to wait for an available unit, and it has been so worth it. I would, and have recommended Tuscany Villa's to all those who have required into my new residence. My family, as well, couldn't be happier!

Maintenance was prompt and efficient, replacing overhead kitchen lighting and improving the water flow in the bathroom faucet. Pleasant too.

I have so appreciated my Manager "Clark" going the extra mile and assisting me with fixing some issues in my Apartment with implementing a Service Order, along with helping me to prepare for an upcoming inspection, to ensure that my Apartment was in accordance with all of the State's stipulations and requirements.

The Tuscany Villa Office Receptionist "Aubrey" is always a pleasure to interact with and I appreciated her recent phone calls to further assist me with the recent situations of fulfilling my "work order" for a repair as well as during the day of the State inspection (both she and Clark have been very kind and considerate to me concerning my current "ill Health condition" and the limitations which it has caused me.)

Beyond this recent experience, I must say that "Clark" has kept Tuscany Villa in such "Tip Top Shape" that it still looks like a BRAND NEW APARTMENT COMPLEX! It is a joy and a pleasure to live in such a lovely and beautiful environment and to see that it is kept in premium condition! I am pleased to call "Tuscany Villa" my home and I feel very blessed to be a resident here. :-)

A very inviting and accommodating place!

We had to wait a couple of weeks to get it done, but we are happy with the results.

I've had nothing but excellent service since living here. Service is quick and the job is done right. Love it here.
