Totally in love! 😍 The vibes in the store is awesome! The employees were really helpful, it was my first time getting a bubble tea, and they guided me through. I got a Lemon Black Tea with Lychee Jelly, best drink ever!! Can’t wait to be back!!

Fresh Bubble Tea and Juice is a great place to get a drink while shopping at the mall. The customer service is great and all the workers always have a great attitude. I always get my drink quickly and is always made great. I love the lemonade! Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Wow!!! The drinks here are always so consistently TOP Notch! They are always fresh , tasty , Organic and just a GREAT Quality !!! My favorite is the Mango green tea with the tapioca/ boba.
They are usually quite busy, however , the staff is always so friendly, hard working and kind !
The blaring Swifty music in the background definitely is a plus .
Definitely Will come back for more !!

I have been missing boba since I moved here and finding this place was a godsend! Everything is made with such passion and love it taste so good! The green tea Yakult with lychee jelly is one of my favorite drinks but you can’t go wrong with any of the other ones!

Finally a delicious legit bubble tea cafe. There's a punch card offered buy 10 get one free. My goal is to try all the flavors, so far Taro is my favorite. I like how the customer can say how much sugar or ice you want. Definitely recommend this place.

I love this place!! Finally! Bubble tea in VT! If you've never tried it, go for a classic bubble tea. I go easy on the sugar, with 0%, bc the boba (tapioca pearls) are already kinda sweet. However, if you fancy the wicked sweet side, I would start with 50% sugar.

Was really pleasantly surprised by the boba here. Great spot in the University Mall. Stop by if you can!

Literally best bubble tea I ever had. I came from NY, it’s so lucky to find a great bubble tea shop in VT, even better than bubble tea shop in NY CITY!

A friend introduced me to this store. After trying it, I felt surprisingly delicious. It was the same as the local bubble milk tea I drank when I went to Taiwan last year, even better, and the price was cheaper. It was simply worth the money. It is recommended that all milk tea lovers like me should try this authentic milk tea taste across the ocean if they pass by

My daughter anxiously wanted to try Boba and this was the closest place we could find. I explained to the young man that it was my daughter's first time trying and he showed us the best drink to start with, smiled saying you probably would prefer it sweeter (she's 9) and was very helpful. My daughter loved her tea and this gentleman made our experience there amazing. We went back again and will continue to get out Boba tea there. Thank you

I loved this place when I lived in Vermont, and now that I've moved, I'm heartbroken.

I know the drinks here are made well - but after trying to find a similar bubble tea place near my new house, I realize how spoiled I became with Fresh drinks! Their boba was ALWAYS perfect - just the right amount of chewy, didn't stick to each other, etc. The flavors were great, and I felt safe experimenting with different toppings and flavor combos because I never had anything I disliked.

Whenever I visit, this is going to be a stop on my trip.

Visited Fresh today (7/23/19) and was compelled to leave a positive review after witnessing a customer ahead of me get visibly upset and angry after not receiving her bubble tea BEFORE the customer who ordered ahead of her. Watched as she berated the two workers for simply doing their jobs, and looking around, realized I was not the only customer confused and surprised by this verbal outburst. She stormed off without her tea, but I just felt motivated to write a quick review as another customer who witnessed this to say that I thought the staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout my visit and has been every time I’ve been in the past. Even when this woman made it very clear she was just having a bad day and was letting her cranky mood affect her interaction, the staff continued to make an effort to maintain a friendly face and accommodate her however they could. Was very impressed by the handling of this situation and loved my bubble tea also! Delicious! Thanks Fresh, we Iove you!

Such an amazing place to get Boba if you've never had it before. It was my first time ordering and the cashier that as taking my order was super friendly and cool. The boba is definitely amazing! Keep up the good work!!

Fresh Bubble Tea is amazing. The staff is great and the drinks are amazing. Ever since I moved back home after graduating I have been struggling to find a place half as good as Fresh Bubble Tea. In my opinion, best bubble tea cafe on the East Coast.

Always great service and good selections. Can personalize and custom adjust the drink for sugar levels as well as ice levels. Always very busy, but pretty efficient in making the orders and turning around fairly quickly.
