The Rooms at The Stone Mill

Stacey and Mary are the consummate hosts, having thought of every detail. The Rooms are stylish, comfortable, and quiet. The high-quality linens/mattress, the room-darkening blinds, and the thick walls and doors make for a peaceful night of sleep. Checkin and checkout are a breeze, and the location is charming and memorable. I hope to get to return before too long!

Don't hesitate to book this place if you're staying in Middlebury! It's beautiful, pleaceful and cozy. Our room was comfortable, clean, well-appointed, and had the softest sheets we've ever experienced! It's in a great location, easily walkable to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

What a great find in Middlebury! The best possible location in town (on beautiful Otter Creek, steps from restaurants, shops, campus) combined with stylish spaces and a responsive, helpful host make for a top notch experience. My room was well appointed, spotless and comfortable. Fluffy towels, quality hand soap, perfect lighting. A lovely shared space with coffee and a refrigerator. What more could you want? I can't wait to return!

This is one of the most unique places we have ever stayed. Beyond safe, clean and high tech when it came to all the modern conveniences...In the heart of Middlebury overlooking its beautifully lit waterfalls We can't say enough!!..
