Excellent service! Chris even brought something I left behind out to my car for me. I would very highly recommend as I have been here twice and the service is friendly, efficient and professional.

Professional person behind the counter quick and efficient, which is good because appeared to only person in entire 2-level store, so customers should be prepared to use patience and wait for service. Even helped me print return label and tape up my Amazon return. Thank you for excellent service.

Awesome crew!!!! Had to send a very fragile taxidermy mount , from Vermont to Alabama!!!! They packed and shipped it perfectly!!! Arrived completely perfect not a hair out of place!!! I'd trust them with the queens china!!!!

I recently sent six packages to California from this UPS location including a valuable painting, large heavy area rug, and many fragile items. Joshua and his team made the drop off experience quick and easy. Furthermore, everything was delivered in a timely manner in perfect condition as it had been packaged with great care. Highly recommended!

Yesterday I lost a bag of valuables in the town of Middlebury, VT while on a visit. I live several hours away from Middlebury so II notified the police department there and they quickly located the bag. The officer was kind enough to deliver the bag to the UPS store in Middlebury where the manager, Josh Sherman, took over. Josh was reassuring and professional and within an hour had the bag packaged, priced, and ready to go. The experience, for me, goes beyond excellent customer service. It’s about kindness, compassion, and the way that individuals, businesses, and communities could come together to do good.

I have been using this location for years and the service has ALWAYS been stellar. The owner Josh is a great guy and really cares about meeting the needs of his customers; either by providing the service himself or through careful hiring/training practices. Always a pleasant environment too 👍

The Middlebury UPS Store is one of the largest in the United States. The first floor is for shipping and mailboxes plus you can buy boxes, tape and shipping supplies. The second floor is full of office supplies and copy machines. The staff is incredibly friendly and are always willing to go the extra mile to help their customers.

Rude. Bad service. Attitude. That about sums up my experience with Josh the store manager. I would avoid this place if you don't want to ruin your day. I don't know how this place gets repeat customers.
