I love this store for buying all of my equipment, clothes, and gloves for work. I especially buy my pants here because I can try them on and if they don't have the right size they will order them in for me and ship them straight to my house. They're always very polite, very professional and always very helpful

I don't know if you can find better quality, or prices in KC area, simply because I went there to get our new vest for work. The ladies there are super nice though, and they went above and beyond when I went back for some modifications I needed done. Our new vests are a lot lighter than our old ones we had and for bulletproof vest are very light and surprisingly comfortable.

I had very good customer service today. The ladies were very polite and helpful. The new location works so much better than the old store in regard parking and getting in and out. Everything was good with my visit to the store.

***I have been standing in the lobby for ten minutes. I’m the only one in the lobby and none of the three staff have said a word to me. I’ve checked in to the mobile kiosk (which another customer told me about) and I have no idea what I’m waiting for. Very poor experience.***

Missed the armor rd location. But the new one is going to be very nice when they get fully stocked. Had only been open a couple of days when I stopped in, got a few things and ordered my shoes. Ladies alway get me helped and on my way. Visited 9/12/18 2720 Burlington rd. To add Google maps hasn't updated the location yet, but I did notify Google of this.

Great store. Customer service is very good and their selection of products for first responders is great. This new location provides more parking and easier access.

Love this store! Always greeted when I walk in the staff are always friendly and offer any help needed. A little pricey, but is expected with these type stores and the service makes up for it to me.

Helpful staff. Especially the guy who told me that there was a fire on the roof and they were evacuating the building. Wasn't able to make my purchase there this time. I went to the KS location the next day. 😎

The ladies inside were super helpful they even hemmed my pants right then in there and made sure I was happy with my purchase! Definitely money well spent!

Brought in pants to be altered thinking I would have to return on a later date to pick them up. No they took my two pair of pants back and altered them right then and there. Just amazing customer service.

My husband went in today and needed something last minute for his uniform. Crissi took care of everything and even made sure to iron his new uniform shirt before he left the store. The best customer service!!

Fast and courteous service. Did not have item in stock. Was able to order in store with home delivery with no additional shipping cost.

Helpful Staff and they had what I needed which for Galls is kinda a miracle. Place is located in the 2700 block of Burlington..far end of big white building. If you are not looking you will not see it.

For all your needs for law enforcement gear and apparel this is the plane to go, never had a chance to go to an actual galls store till I got to Kansas City, ordered alot of the website I was very impressed!
