Going to miss this Northtown business. Been coming here for years. Staff is always friendly & eager to help you find what you need. They have everything, tools. Hardware, key sharpening services & they always have that one tiny screw or unique hard to find tool. Thanks for many years of excellent service A&N!

Love this place. It’s the hardware store of your childhood - or if you missed out on the experience, the place you never knew you needed in your life. Immediate and friendly greeting, personal guidance to your request, and BOOM there it is. The best organized chaos in all of KCMO.

This is an excellent hardware store. Great customer service with reasonable prices. You'll find some of their prices beat those at the big department stores. They also carry some very nice personal items as well, check out their collection of well made knives and pocket knives. I would recommend this store to anyone wanting good prices and personalized service. Keep up the good work guys.

Stopped in here today. Great crew of guys working here. I needed a jump start and they sold me some cables only $25.00. Then one of the employees tried to give me a jump. Kinda pricey but good people.

Every time I've come in here the staff have been so god damn helpful. Like, did I ask you to be so friendly? NO.
BUT EVERYONE APPRECIATES IT!

Incredibly helpful! Originally went to Nuts&Bolts just for the “highest graded and strongest” bolt to break an hour later. Was recommended this place and it did not disappoint. Great, knowledgeable service and an easy one-stop-shop!

The staff here were very helpful and found the item I was looking for. They carry a lot of high quality products that you might not find in the big box stores. It may not have the wide open aisles and 100k+ square feet of a typical home center, but they still have everything you would need to complete a home project.

Excellent hardware store in the city of North Kansas City! They're small but mighty! Very helpful knowledgeable staff and the store has all kinds of items. Before you go to a big box hardware store, give them a call. I can recall trying to find a bolt specific to my HD motorcycle and after 3 BB store failures, sure shootin, they had it right there in the back.

One of the very few places left that is full service. Since a staff member is looking for your item you are much more likely to find it, and find it quickly. That in addition to their vast array of gear, doodads, and thingys ensures that if you need something odd, they are quite likely to have it. They stock many items that are of higher quality than are available in the larger stores as well.

Best hardware store in the Northland, an old school store with wood floors and shelves packed with every conceivable hardware item, from hard to find screws to chainsaws and plumbing supplies. This place looks much like it did 50 years ago. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and every customer is personally greeted as soon as they walk through the door.

I really do like this store for many reasons. In particular one can get in and get out without taking a lot of time. Customer service is still being practiced here. Plus there is a bit of most everything here. Highly recommended..

One of the last of the old-time hardware stores left in KC. Full service place. As soon as you come in, someone asks what you need, leads you to it, and answers any questions you might have.They cater to commercial and industrial customers, but can get anything you want through Ace. Staff is very knowledgeable.

A&N Hardware in N Kansas City is The Place To Go for anything you might need. Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful, going the extra mile to make sure you have everything you might need for a project. It's out of my way, and a little pricey, but worth it. I've learned to go there first and skip the box stores. I can park and complete my purchase in a very short time, skipping the long walk around the store. Try it, you'll like it!
