Quite literally the most thorough tax preparation we’ve ever had. Our preparer was incredibly well informed and happy to answer any question we had. For extra credit 😊 the desk staff is very kind and professional, and they also have coffee and tea to enjoy while you have your meeting. Great experience and will definitely use them again 👍🏻

So far so good! Rose has been my hero the past 2 years, and is helping me again this year. When I messed up trying to do my own taxes she set me straight and I've trusted her every since. I would recommend them to anyone. A friend of mine just switched over to them this year. Go team.

The lady was rude not even worth 1 star I've had my taxes done there for years. I went there to get copies of my taxes from a couple years and the lady was so rude then they are charging me for them which I don't mind if it's a small fee but the lady said the fee will depend what I got back on those years.she was just very rude and her next client was waiting for her and she told the receptionist he could wait she needed fresh air and was very rude to another person that went in.

I gave them a letter from the state saying we owed additional taxes for the last two years. I gave them a copy of that letter a month ago and when I called today to follow up they hung up on me, refused to answer when I called back, and would not provide a call back time. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. When she did call back she said they held no responsibility even though she admitted not finding all the forms and suggesting that is why VT did an audit. My recommendation...run

Wow. After my experience with the new owner I feel obligated to warn the public against trusting anything important them. I wont get into the nitty gritty, just consider yourself warned!

These guys are clowns they take your money then can’t do nothing for you on trying to get ahold of the IRS I would never go through these people ever again or refer someone to this company!!! I’ve waited over a month to get ahold of the IRS and this place has done absolutely nothing nor do they even seem to care but they had no problem taking my $100 thoe
