Super caring and attentive owner and awesome breakfast sandwich. Would have been just as thrilled at twice the price. Don't know how they make such fresh and creative and filling tasty sandwiches and charge so little. Thank you.

The food is always excellent! The only detractor is that the sun bakes the seating area, so you end up sweating in your winter clothes when it's 15° outside and 80° in the sun at a table. I ended up sharing a table with a stranger (How very European of me!) because it was in the back of the dining area which had a little shade.

Needed a caffeine fix and a snack; stopped in mid-morning on a Sunday and found a fairly full cafe with a bit of a line.
Took a while, but the mad scientist behind the macchinetta made it well worth the wait.
The mocha was spot on with just the right balance of chocolatey sweetness combined with the bitterness of a well pulled espresso. The oat milk latte was just as it should be, with even flavor profiles of oat milk and espresso, neither stepping forward of one another. The goldilocks of oat milk lattes, really. Only a true artist could blend a beverage in this manner.
The day before this experience, we stopped in at a 'coffee school' near Stowe...these beverages blew the pants off of those drinks.
All of the above being said, we also got two cookies, one gluten free peanut butter, and the other an oatmeal raisin...the oatmeal raisin was good, though a bit dry; the GF peanut butter cookie was rather dry, thought the flavor was good.
It should be noted that more than 2 gluten free options would be nice (one cookie and one flour less chocolate torte).
Thank y'all for being here and for all of your hard work! Stay well!

Had a simply terrific breakfast at Bristol Cliffs Cafe. The breakfast tacos were wonderful- with just the right balance of poached egg, black beans, homemade hot sauce, cheese and tons of avocado. While I really liked the earlier Bristol Bakery (at the same spot), this new ownership has raised the bar: friendly hard-working people, excellent coffee and exceptional food!

I'm psyched to rave about this place, because a few years ago it was a complete time suck. New ownership and new experience. Fast and friendly with my order this morning. I'll be back!

My friend and I were driving through Vermont admiring the amazing fall colors (!!),and we happened upon Bristol Cliffs Cafe. We enjoyed the Pulled Pork and Maple Turkey Sandwiches - both are delicious!! Plan to make a stop here!

One of the best little coffee shops in Northern Vermont. Popular amongst the locals, good food selection, fast counter service with ample seating. A real gem.
