AT&T Store

I recently stopped in to get some help with my phone and all of my issues were resolved within the same day. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable employees! A big thank you to Bert and Trent!
10/10 recommend this AT&T location!

Nikita at the Middlebury AT&T store was knowledgeable and very helpful. She answered all our questions and seemed like she was there for the customer. She got us into a better plan for only dollars more and helped us with a new phone purchase and setup. She was very efficient and friendly.

Scheduled a one on one appointment with this location to assist and straighten out a friends family plan account and upgrade a phone. I have give Nikita the manager of the Middlebury many kudos! She was very knowledgeable and efficient in solving all the issues and getting everything back and updated. I highly recommend seeing her if you need some assistance with your wireless services and equipment.

Nakita was excellent. She took care of all the customers in front of me with a smile and in style. Some of the issues were strange but she handled everyone equally. I was extremely impressed since customer service seems to be lacking these days.

Went to att today in hopes of transferring numbers as well as starting up a business account for our small business. There was only one employee in the store, by the name of Nikki. She is manager @ middlebury branch I believe- and with a line of customers with a plethora of issues and questions, she executed her role in such a professional and efficient manner that I felt this warranted a 5* comment on here. as a small business owner, I understand the unique labor market We are in right now, And how hard it is to find employees. let alone reliable and professional ones.

Went in because tablet stopped working. Ended up with new tablet, phone and cost savings on my monthly bill. Nakita in the Middlebury store was so helpful, patient, and thorough. She was able to save me money and upgrade my equipment. She did not push me to purchase anything unnecessary. I watched her multitasking with ease. She also provided followup if needed. She is a valuable employee giving excellent customer service!!

Went here for the new iPhone and it was the smoothest phone store experience I’ve had. Left with two of the iPhone 14 pros two of the Apple Watch series 8 along with cases and screen protectors with only about $160 dollars down. Will definitely be going back when the next upgrade comes!

I’ve never had such a great experience than I did the other day at AT&T. Nikita helped me fix a flaw on my account that customer service over the phone (a few days back) wasn’t able to do. I walked in not knowing if this issue could be resolved but Nikita assured me that she would make sure it was taken care of. She was right. I am so happy I went in that day and will make sure to go through Nakita for all other purchases or problems :)

I had a roller coaster experience which ended with me being very happy! I want to warn people to know exactly what you want and ask questions or you will be digging deep without having any idea what happened. I thought Sara was being so nice when she was really selling me more than I needed.
Sean is the BEST!!! When I was told I couldn’t get my old phone number on my new device he said he could help. I came in the next day and it was done in ten minutes!!! He made comments while I was first getting the phone which helped me so much! Like giving me options with the data plan.
I honestly was considering returning both new phones and canceling the contract because I was so frustrated. Now, with Sean helping me I will be an AT&T customer as long as he is here😊

My family came in to port our numbers from our old carrier to att. Unfortunately we had a ton of difficulties with our old carrier and it took a long time for them to release the numbers, they kept hanging up on us, leaving us on hold for hours, and just being unhelpful. Danyell and Brett (I think his name was?) Were SOOOOO incredibly helpful. This whole process was so stressful for all of us and if it wasn't for them it would have been much worse. They stuck with us on the phone with our old carrier from 10am-4pm. They were very accommodating and friendly. We literally felt right at home. They even gave my 5 year old daughter crayons and paper to color while we were waiting. Thats true customer service! Definitely would recommend this store. Thank you so much and you guys deserve a raise. ❤

I wish to let AT&T KNOW that they have a GEM in Nikita (don't know last name). She is at Milldlebury. She is efficient, articulate and she cleaned up a big mess that was created by Brett a week ago..She told me her salary which is ridiculously low !! Nikita should be paid AT LEAST $25 an hour.. if you lose her, you will lose the store She gets 5 stars in our review.. Higher if possible/

Hope was my sales lady today. I was not there to buy anything I had a phone I purchased elsewhere and needed help transferring all of my data over. She was extremely helpful and very personable. Sean was also there and as I was the only one in the store they keep up great conversation and I felt at ease! Third time I have been to the middle bury location and will continue to do so. Always have a positive experience there. Not so much at othe locations! Thanks Hope you’re awesome!

Tyler S. Helped me get a new phone today .he was very busy and handled each customer with incredible patience and competence! He was very helpful with my password needing to be switched.
I was in the store for awhile and really surprised how people would be angry and upset or confused about their phones ,and Tyler S. Stayed steady and non judgmental. He listened carefully !
I asked if he had a degree in Psychology!
You have a winner with this employee!

Nakita was super helpful after dealing with the company all week. Honestly a nightmare with corporate but she stood by us and did her best to make everything right. If I have any issues in the future I will come back to consult with Nakita. Calling 611 is an awful experience.

Zach the Store Manager & Sean w Customer Service were awesome! We were thinking of switching to another service because of poor customer service from a different branch. Zach & Sean changed are minds by going above and beyond. I hope AT&T appreciates them as employees and gives them a big fat raise!!!

The service was over the top! I loved the way that Tyler greeted me at the door and took care of my problems with my old iPhone 6. He helped me get new phone and even taught me how the new phone worked before I left. To say the least, I had a fabulous experience and I would recommend seeing this store asap!

I have NEVER had an issue resolved in LITERALLY 2 minutes after I walked into the AT&T store! Unlike the other employees I've dealt with at that same store(or any AT&T store), she knows pretty much everything there is to know about EVERY product that AT&T carries! I give her 100 STARS!!!!

The store manager was very helpful. She provided all the information and nessary accessories for me to set up a new phone for my father. And for his directv stream.

I worked with Sara today on my new iPhone 6. I could not get my mail to send. She figured the issue out right away. She's very pleasant to work with and has excellent customer service skills!!! It was a pleasure!!!
