Dunkin'

I love that they always remember my coffee and most of them know who I am as soon as I start ordering. The employees that have been there for a while (Christina, Genevieve, Miles and Angel) They always make my coffee exactly the way I like it. They are always very kind, professional and complete orders quickly! Thanks to you all!

The Middlebury Dunkin' is part of my morning routine, I typically use the on-the-go app to order, the staff almost always gets my order done on time, made correct and is always friendly when I say Thank You when picking up my coffee from the on-the-go pickup tray. Remember people, be patient, the whole world is understaffed and a little kindness goes a long way!

I had never been to this dunkin, but the young lady was very pleasant at the drive thru. You do need to ask for straws, since the new law in VT on banning plastic went into effect. I definitely will stop at this Dunkin again!

Dunkin has great product but some places are tired with uninspired staff and stale product. This location was fresh and clean. Great job!
