Otter View Park

Great area! It has a few short trails that are well maintained and works great for wheelchairs or strollers. Beautiful birds and nice views of inlet, meadows, and wetlands - even saw some turtles. Went midday during the week and walked around for about and hour or so and saw no one, yet it is right in Middlebury near the College.

Very pleasant walk through pretty wildflowers and cattails to the water. No one else there when I went, so it was very peaceful!

Great short hike through a wetland to an observation platform on the bank of otter creek. Completely accessible too.

I am not from the area. I travel and am able to work remotely. These last few weeks I have been exploring the New England. I was out and found this gem. What a beautiful place just to sit and think and collect your thoughts.

Beautiful boardwalk trail that starts at a wonderful transitional meadow then snakes through permanent wetlands to the bank of the Otter Creek. What a gem!

Peaceful meadow and boardwalk down to Otter Creek. There are no bags for dog walkers, no trash can there. Please remember to bring one and always pick up your dog's poop.

Beautiful. Well maintained walk over the wetlands with a great overlook of the pond. My very old dog loved it!

Its peaceful, and if you are patient enough, you might see muskrats, beaver and otters.
