Knit Wit

What a great day my daughter and I had. We are not the shape most women who shop at Knit Wit have. We are curvy girls and we had the BEST luck. Nicole brought us many items that we looked past as we were walking around and low and behold….they fit! They are experts at putting items together and making you look your very best! All the staff was helpful and we left with favorite items for the fall season!

Completely disagree with any of the reviews below. Theresa couldn’t have been more helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for. She brought extra sizes in case and was fully devoted to helping find the correct sizes. It’s a boutique so of course there will be pricey items, but also totally reasonable priced items too. Glad I disregarded these reviews below and went in. My husband may not be though, as I spent some money 😂

Great staff always on point,Nicole and Andy are awesome to deal with they make me look like a hero when Im shopping for my wife.The time they spend with me is never a rushed event.Thanks for always helping me.

Best of everything she might want

Horrible customer service. Always. My mom tried on a pair of sweat pants and one of the sales women said “those are usually for young girls”. The manager is rude and doesn’t even make eye contact with you. Recently I returned something and the manager was disgusted by me even when I was spending much more then the return that day. I told the manager “sorry for making you upset.” She ignored me. It’s a shame even the manager doesn’t have skills to be nice to people or else I wouldn’t be writing this for the public to see. Every single time I walk in knit wit (Margate), I am judged immediately!

After reading the comments about this store, I have to say , this isn’t a fun store to shop in. They do have many beautiful/ unique items but there is just a bad vibe as soon as you walk in.
May I suggest instead of all high end items, perhaps you could mix it up a bit. Make it affordable for more people instead of just the wealthy.
The Knit Wit that was in Philly was different. This one in Margate is boring and just not a fun place to shop. Perhaps after reading all of the negative comments, maybe the owner would be willing to make a few changes....

I will never step foot in this store again ( have immediate family in area and visit often)I am not one to leave reviews ever! This shopping experience was extremely uncomfortable. The moment I walked in I felt judged, profiled and disregarded. I walked across the street to Talk of the Town where the young girls/ women had some customer service skills. I dropped some serious cash and will return. I am all for private owned boutiques and high end fashion as I am affiliated with some personally in the Seattle area. Walking into Knit Wit felt like the new kid in middle school!

Well, the unfriendly, unhelpful, condescending staff of this store have no idea how much money they lost in sales today. I will never set foot in this store ever again. These ladies gave new meaning to "nasty saleswoman."

Rude!!!!!! Never in my life have I witnessed such rude and unfriendly staff!!! They didn’t even want to help me to make a sale. Can’t believe I have to even give them one star.

Incredibly uncomfortable shopping environment. The staff is stuck-up and very judgmental, which is not an ideal vibe for a beach town location.
