Last year the store at the Tropicana overcharged me for an item that was reduced in price. The sales clerk offered zero assistance at the POS. I contacted the corporate
store and the owner effectively called me a cheapskate and told me to suck it up. He agreed the clerk was new and charged me the incorrect price even though it was clearly indicated on the price tag.
He reluctantly offered to mail me a check for the difference. I’m still waiting...
There are too many ethical retail locations locally that offer quality service to be a customer of this joint
