Loved the service I got here. It was a wonderful experience. From the greeting I got when I came into the door, to the helpful and polite suggestions, and lastly the customer service when I called and asked questions. I brought my beautiful wedding dress here.
I am not the first person to jump into a dress in feel like a million bucks, but I felt like the million dollar bride my husband tells me I am in this dress.
Here are some photos. The quality of the dress was fantastic. She expedited a dress order in less than 3 month, and it fit like a glove. After 4 hours of dancing, the dress still looked fantastic! Thank you for wonderful demeanor and helping me find & receive "The Perfect Dress".

A hidden gem in NJ - I purchased my wedding gown from Kay after traveling to many different boutiques, both large and small, in PA on the Main Line, in DE, and NJ. My mother and I heard about a trunk show for a designer we liked being held here and they managed to squeeze us in for an appointment last minute due to my work schedule. Jennifer, the owner, and her husband were wonderful to work with. I tried on my first gown, walked out to the mirror, and fell in love with it. I still wanted to try on dresses after (indecisive bride!) and Jennifer helped me find styles that I would like, but also mentioned that I "lit up "when I wore the 1st dress. She let me try on as many as I liked, but smiled and told me she knew I would go back to that first dress :) and she was right! I customized my strapless gown to add lace removable straps that matched the dress perfectly with their guidance. She was also extremely helpful in picking out a veil. Jennifer even gave me silk flowers to hold to get the whole feeling!

They are accommodating, extremely personable, will work with my crazy schedule, and have my whole confidence, which is not an easy thing as I am very Type A with regards to the wedding! I would recommend this shop to anyone for a seamless, stress free gown shopping experience. I just had my first fitting on Wednesday, and I can't wait to wear it on the big day in May. This place looks odd on the outside but just what you want on the inside.
I had to write a review because I now realize how heavily I rely on reviews when making decisions. I went to Kay Bridal after a crappy experience at a popular bridal chain. The Husband and wife runs the place and they were pleasant. The wife was polite and she listened. I opened up my pinterest account showed her examples and explained to her what I wanted. I am very persnickety and she brought out three dresses and while i liked them all she knew which I would pick. She saved the best for last as it was the perfect price and perfect dress. The price was great. I gave her a price limit and she did better than i could have ever imagined. I also had the bridesmaid's dresses and maid of honor's dress ordered and everyone have a fabulous experience. I haven't had alterations as yet and I will provide an update once I do (My wedding s November 7, 2015 in Jamaica).

Jennifer at Kay Bridal was so helpful and kind and helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding! She was also very patient as I had a difficult time narrowing down the dress. I must have gone at least 5 times with my mom and Jennifer really wanted to make sure I found the dress that would make me happy. I also like that she was very honest and real with me-that is exactly what I wanted and needed! She really was so sweet and helpful and didn’t make me feel pressured like some of the other bridal salons did (I won’t mention names). I will recommend Kay Bridal to anyone I know looking for a special occasion dress and I will be sure to tell them to ask for Jennifer! ❤

Jennifer was amazing and so helpful. She really knew the dresses in the store and offered a lot of different ideas for modifying the dress to make it exactly the way I wanted. Also really took the time to make sure I had the full effect when trying on dresses by clipping the dress well, fluffing the dress out and adding a veil. I couldn’t be any happier with our experience.

Love this bridal shop! They have a great selection and friendly staff. I told Jennifer my budget and what I was looking for and said yes to the first dress she put me in. This was my 5th bridal shop and best experience. Alterations were quick and the shop does great follow through.

This was the BEST bridal experience I could have hoped for! My consultant Donna and the owner couldn't have been better! They made me feel like a princess. I am so grateful that I decided to go here! I wound up finding my dress and will go back with my girls. I suggest to ANYONE to go here! I wish this had been my first stop! Don't waste your time anywhere else!
