Andie was exceptional in helping me decide between products. She answered every question I had and even taught me a lot about the products offered. Definitely going to keep coming to this location. When your employees go above and beyond to make you have a positive experience it really makes you feel welcomed! Fantastic store and staff!

I LOVE THIS STORE. It's the only place I go for all my smoking needs. The service is phenomenal, especially Samantha. That girl is amazing and more than deserves a raise AND promotion.

I recently visited the Cherry Hill location. Samantha was so helpful, friendly and engaging. Her knowledge of the product made my decision making that much easier. I would recommend her very highly in every store she works in.

If you’re looking for a smoke shop in the area THIS is the best one. The woman behind the counter, Sharlene, is friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful! They even have a free rewards club. Everything I’ve gotten in there so far has been reasonably priced and good quality. They’re right next door to my nail salon, so that’s a big bonus too! 10/10 recommend.

Have been shopping here for a little over a year and both Andy and Samantha have been nothing but fantastic! They are also very personable, which is very important anymore in this world. They are great and have made a customer for life in me!

Today was my first time going to this one and is was the best one yet, not only was it clean and great atmosphere. However the worker name Samantha was so nice and helped us a lot, she took her time with us and just made us feel really happy. We will be coming here more often even though it's 25 minutes I don't want to go to any other one now!

Samantha was SUPER helpful when I got stuck in a jam and needed to get new vape batteries. She was super friendly on the phone and in person! I highly recommend this store to anyone. They have a very large selection to choose from and the store is immaculate!

Brandon was a huge help, didn’t know much when it came to switching from the disposable vapes to refillable ones but he walked me through it and explained everything 🫡

I stopped by to get a new vape and Samantha beautifully broke down the difference between the vapes that burn out while charging and the ones that don’t. She was even kind enough to let me know exactly what charger to use. She is very well versed on the vape flavors as well. Just an overall great experience! Thank you Samantha !

Even tho this was my first time here this is, hands down, the best smoke/vape/tabacco shop I've been to since I began vaping in 2014!!

The owner was very friendly and pleasant. She helped me find what I needed and I could tell she was very knowledgeable. She also awnsered the phone as soon as I called.

To begin with the layout and the products are beautifully displayed. Very clean and everything is so well organized. There selection is huge. I mean tabbaco, vape, smoke, and hookah shop all in one. They are also opened later then most vape shops in the area too.

It's actually like an upscale smoke shop & not like those shops that look like a Columbus market vendor set up his stand in a store. *(I love Columbus Market) lol

Nowhere have I been to, that caters to all smokers, as this place. Now that places are becoming few and far between, this was a nice find. After seeing countless shops disappear due to outrageous taxes, I I can say this shop is the least I'm worried a out disappearing anytime soon.

Im going to spread the word so check it out and if you like it support it lol and I don't know this company I just really liked fhe place and the owner.

Stopped in today for some bc 5000 vapes for my wife and I,Andy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell,also she had me test them in the store to make sure they worked,so you can't do the old switcheroo, pretty clever
