Jim was excellent! He was fast, informative and curtious! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. He knew exactly what I wanted and had it deliverable by the next afternoon! The delivery was also superb! They brought the mattress straight to the bed and they removed their shoes before they entered my home! Overall, very pleased!
