Steven and Karen (Team Freebery) went above and beyond to help us sell our beloved Wilmington home of 16 years. By the time we put our house on the market, it had suddenly become a more difficult time to sell because interest rates had risen fast and were continuing to rise. In spite of this, their knowledge about staging and promoting our home, including putting it up for a sale at a price we thought was representative, though rather aggressive, given the quickly changing market dynamics, helped to draw in over a dozen appointments over a long weekend and led to a couple of very generous offers. Given that they had just helped us buy our new home, we were able to sell our home in a few short weeks. In the process they were understanding, made great recommendations, helped us get our house ready for sale in countless ways and were always a joy to work with. I can’t express how grateful I am for Team Freebery!!
