Chase, the manager and notary public, was courteous and professional. This is the standard for this particular UPS store. :-) I go out of my way to come here.

Clean, well staffed and run so efficiently, this is my favorite UPS for mailings and returns!

This store is great, very helpful, Javon went above and beyond helping me get additional bar codes for multiple boxes that were not sent. He is the best!, very patient as I was not sure how to do it

I love coming to this UPS store. The staff is always helpful, professional and friendly. Jahru, Sara, and Chase are all exceptional at what they do. As Amazon sellers, my husband and I only go to this location because we trust them to take proper care of our packages.

I always have a great experience at this place. Chase's customer service and pleasant manner make the whole experience easy. He always explains everything in detail, provides options, and is able to answer any and all questions. I actually drive out of my way because I trust this store to always get the job done.

When I came in this month with an Amazon return, Chase came right over and opened another register when he saw me holding an Amazon package and he realized that the line was getting long. He was super friendly and super quick. This location always has excellent customer service!

This was my first time returning Amazon items through The UPS Store. Chase was the associate who helped me and he made things super quick and easy! HUGE plus was that he had a smile on his face and was super personable. Thank you, Chase!

I recently needed to ship a bunch of art pieces. UPS store was suggested to me, and I am glad it was, I never would have thought that. I stopped in the first time to talk logistics and costs. Chase heard the topic of art delivery and came rushing over to help me. In just a few minutes I felt comfortable enough to let Chase handle everything. I came back a couple days later with 10 items, and I was in and out quicker than I imaged. Chase kept in touch with me throughout, knowing this was quite a costly venture. Dealing with Chase was a true joy, compared to a lot of what is out there today. As an employer, I take notice of customer service, employee’s actions, and am always happy for a business with great employees. I am lucky enough to be surrounded by them, so I know what to look for. Whoever currently employs Chase should be very honored at the way he is representing the brand.

I stopped by the UPS Store on my lunch break to simply drop off two packages that were ready to go since I had gone online to create my labels and pay for shipping. It was definitely the busiest I'd ever seen the store but everyone was patient and polite. I prepared myself to be waiting for a bit, then Dajon came through the line looking for returns or people like me with packages ready to go. He was friendly and efficient in getting me in and out which I greatly appreciate.

Chase greeted me at the door, opened and held it for me while I entered with some Amazon returns. The whole return process was smooth and fast. Chase was polite and sincere and my interaction with him made for a great start to the day. He represents the UPS brand very well.

This is my second time in this UPS store, I love shipping from here. Chase is one the associates that helped me & he is extremely nice & patient. He answers all questions & even offers advice on certain shipping methods. I’ve never had an issue with anything shipped. Thanks Chase for your great customer service!

The process to return my Amazon purchase was streamlined, organized and quick.

Like alot of people I have Amazon returns and when I come to this UPS location for a return the staff is great. Positive, helpful, and polite. Chase helped me today and like usual guys customer service was awesome. In and out.

Read the reviews and thought, there’s no way a UPS store is this good. It is. We entered 2 days after Christmas and saw a line 10 people long. The two people behind the counter processed everyone faster than imaginable. Very friendly, upbeat staff with can-do attitude.

Chase was friendly and welcoming. Excellent customer service and he was knowledgeable about the type of specialty shipping I needed. Not to mention it was a quick visit- I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes.

I finally found my favorite Ups store and my favorite customer service person and his name is Chase. Chase has the best friendly, professional customer service ever. I felt so welcome when I walked in his store Tuesday morning. Thank you again Chase.

Ordered 250 copies online which was super easy and cheaper than staples. Then used a coupon code on top of it. It was scheduled to be ready by 10a the next day but was ready early. Went in to pickup and was helped by Sara who was super friendly and very helpful. She went above and beyond.

This is legitimately the best UPS store around. If they’re closed I’ll just wait until the next day rather than go to another location or shipping store. I am always in an out in a flash! The few times that there has been a long line they always bring someone else up to help and every employee has always been super friendly and helpful. Today I was assisted by Chase and as ever my experience was awesome.

They are always friendly and quick with helping you. They seem to make shipping easy. Today I had the pleasure of Chase helping me. He was great. Thank you.
