Huge portions. Good food and decent prices. Waitress was very helpful even telling us about local hotels, which were good and.which ones to avoid. If you're in the area and looking for something beside a chain restaurant, you should stop here. You won't be disappointed.

Service was excellent. Food flavor was on point and you get a lot of food for your money. This was our first time and will definitely not be our last.

Specials are on the chalk board as you walk in. This place has an old school diner atmosphere. The food is good, and the price is right. Check out the dessert selection in the back in a glass cabinet. They look amazing!!

Family of 5 for breakfast. Prompt service, staff very nice & breakfast was delicious. Plus prices are extremely reasonable.

Great menu and all was very good.

The food is amazing and always very fresh and hot it never takes them too long to deliver the food after the order has been placed it does not matter if you go in when they are busy or slow or slow everything has always been perfect. The 3 waitresses I have had over the past few a few times I came in were so friendly and open for fun conversation everything about this establishment Screams down Hometown diner and I could not ask for a better restaurant down the street from my house to enjoy whenever I please

Wonderful family diner. Great food at a reasonable price. Staff is very friendly. Cream of crab soup is always delicious. You definitely get your money's worth and will leave full. We visit every year on our way from Ocean City and will continue to do so.

My husband and i have been here a few times for breakfast, and its consistantly good !!! Eggs, thick sliced perfect cooked bacon, and some of the best hash browns I've ever eaten. The coffee is strong, and well made every time. Real nice staff, too. Try it, you'll thank me.

We stopped here in our way home from vacation at Virgina Beach. What a pleasant surprise!! A simple setting, with nice decor. Home cooked food. I ordered roasted turkey and recieved real turkey, not deli meat, and it was lunch. My friend ordered the special which was chicken pot pie, delicious as well. Salads were fresh and large servings. Service was wonderful and kind. Prices are great not much more than fast food, so well worth it!

Very cozy, breakfast buffet was fresh, constantly refilling trays. One of the foods offered was western hamlet, biscuits with 2 very tasty sauces. Coffee was amaaaazing. Great service. Reasonable prices. Nothing like family owned eateries, you are seldom disappointed.

BEST eggs and French toast I have ever had. The staff was very kind. Highly recommend to eat here before going to the beach. The portions are on thr lager size but worth it.

One of my favorite places to eat in Sussex County. I like everything I have tried here, but the steaks were the biggest surprise - they are perfectly cooked to order, flavorful, and tender. The dinner specials are unreal in terms of pricing for the sheer volume of delicious food you get. The staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating and funny! This is a place to go where you will be made to feel at home even if it's your first time.

We are on a family vacation and to be honest we haven't ran into any great food places until this one. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. If I travel this way again I would be more then happy to stop there again.

We were driving home from the Delaware beaches, we were hungry for a late lunch, and didn't know where to stop. We arbitrarily stopped in the parking lot of the restaurant. It seems like a typical diner. I ordered a Greek salad and got a deep bowl filled with fresh ingredients. Spouse got a tasty tuna melt. Personable and quick service. Clean tidy restaurant. Very reasonable prices. What a find!

My vacation group (family) really enjoys this restaurant. It is a must go to place for us each year when we are on vacation!!! Visiting twice this time around because we enjoyed it so much the other night!! Great menu, great food, and great service!!

Loved this little place! The staff was super friendly and the food was really good. My mom and I stopped here on our way to PA, and we got the 2 for 20 deal they have. Mom loves their split pea soup and we both got crab cakes. They were de-lish! They could easily give Philips and Legal Seafood a run for their money! If I'm ever back in mill pond around dinner on one of my trips again this will definitely be at the top of my list!

Great local dining. Excellent food, prices and friendly staff. Breakfast is our favorite. They have a ham steak, (that is a Real thick ham steak) with eggs and fried potatoes, or grits, toast and a beverage that is the best. I usually get the short stack of blueberry pancakes, (with a ton of Real blueberries), or a short stack of French toast. Our bill, $15. They also have a buffet on Sunday, but we can't break away from our favorites. We go often.

The food and service here were fabulous! We ate here on our way to Virginia Beach after evacuation from Hatteras, North Carolina tried to ruin our much needed vacation! Tired and frustrated on the road this was like a big bandaid to make us feel better. I'm going back on the way home.
