Today we had our AC and Hot Water Heater/Plumbing serviced. Both technicians from SPS were fantastic. Eddie clearly explained what he serviced as well as our options for a part in our unit that was starting to fail. Joshua was very thorough as well in explaining what was serviced and what to expect in the future. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and service.

Everyone at SPS was great to deal with. From the phone call to the technician who arrived, everything went very smooth. The tech who came was very professional and offered me multiple options and educated me on things I did not know about my own homes plumbing. Glad I have a company I can depend on and plan to use for my future HVAC needs as well!

Ted from SPS came out on 4/23/24 to do a check up on my air conditioner. He was bright, professional and courteous. I had service completed on two HVAC units over the past 38 years.
By far Ted was the best technician I have ever had. He is the BEST of the BEST.

This company was amazing..from the receptionist to the service men to the billing.
I recommend them to anyone that needs any and all gas pipe repairs to electrical work. The men that came to my house explained everything to me. From crawling under my very tight crawl space to my options to choose from. They were supposed to be here at 8 A.M. they was here 10 minutes early. They were on point. Very polite and the worker that went in the crawlspace I give him a 110 percent props along with the other gentleman that came to the house. Thank all of you at SpS for the work you all do. Word of mouth goes a long way and I will definitely recommend you..

Mac was so professional. We were having issues with our heater and found out we needed to get a whole new system. He came on a Saturday evening and took the time to explain how everything works, what their process would be, and gave us a very reasonable quote. The installation went really well and I would highly recommend SPS for all your heating and AC needs.

Had a problem with the a/c unit. Called in and spoke with a rep who scheduled the appointment. Tech arrived on time and quickly found the problem. The part was on the truck and was resolved in one visit. He was pleasant to deal with and overall a good experience.

Technician completed a routine maintenance on my system. He was professional and thorough. Took his time to explain what he was going to do, pricing, and provided a recap of services at the end. Very happy with the services I received, I will definitely be a returning customer.

So far so good. Asked them to come out to give me estimates for a couple of projects in my new home. Pricing was reasonable. Scheduled for the work to be done in a few days. Will update my review once that has been done!

Carrford / SPS replaced my AC unit. They removed the old unit, installed a new unit and a new electrical box with new wiring. They built a box for the new AC coil installed on top of the heater and installed a new programmable thermostat. The Dominic and the guys were focused, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Dominic had to return the next day because the heater didn’t work. He figured out the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. Thanks Dominic.

Felix, Ramiro, Tom and Gary did an excellent job installing a new Brute FT combination boiler/ water heater. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. My wife and I couldn’t be happier.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company. Mac answer all of my questions and gave me different options to determine what was best for me. The installer Dominic, AAron and Manny were great everything was done so professional. Dominic explained the whole system to me before he left and called the next day to make sure everything was fine. The entire went beyond my expectations.

Furnace broke. Important but non-emergency. Office person was friendly, courteous, helpful, explained things. Tech came on time, was outstanding! Patient, explained things, friendly, timely repair. I needed a new HVAC company and I'm now going to them in the future.
