AT&T Store

Had the best experience with gill, Jake & Matt. I will never go to another store besides this one! Best customer service. Made me feel like family and appreciated. I will be back and I love that I signed up with AT&T without any pressure.

Go to this store and deal with Gill. Every time I go he has gone way above and beyond for me. He made sure I never had the same issues when dealing with Verizon. He has made my transition and every visit pleasant. This is literally the 1st time I have ever left a truly positive review about a phone company. Thanks Gill for all your help.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any retail store ever. Complete professionalism, charismatic salesmanship, and the ultimate customer service experience with a white glove touch was provided by Gil and his team in Swedesboro. I couldn’t have been happier with my new phone. He even lowered my bill!

Upon arrival into this particular AT&T I was greeted by a friendly smile, which in itself is a rare thing these days. The associate whom I found out later on to be the manager, Gilbert was such a delight throughout our hour together. I seamlessly switched from another carrier and got a bunch of stuff I never would’ve expected to have without Gil. I usually do not write reviews of any kind but after the wonderful service I experienced I felt compelled to share my positive time so others on the fence know this AT&T does things right.

Went here to purchase a phone and add a line for my daughter the other day. It wasn’t busy and I got in and out pretty quickly. Gil did a great job helping me out. He was friendly and knowledgeable and got us out the door quickly. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade my phone.

I needed a phone after mine was damaged beyond repair. There was little to no wait. I told them what I needed and they told me what all my options were and what the costs would be. They set me up and got me on my way as fast as they could. I would recommend this store if you have any issues or need a new phone.

Thrilled with my visit to ATT in Swedesboro! I was a elcomed by the store manager like a VIP troubleshooter, my phone got a hero's treatment. Move over red carpets, this store's hospitality is the real star – my phone found a new home, and so did my loyalty!

The sales rep spoke to me on the phone before I got there (and I’m sorry that I forgot his name - maybe Colin?). My daughter accidentally dropped her iPad, which is her speech device, in the tub and i needed to replace it before she went to school the next day. He confirmed they had what I needed in stock and I could get it that night. Unfortunately due to timing of the accident, I arrived 30 minutes before they closed but he took is time to make sure I had everything needed. He was super helpful and friendly! It was a great interaction and definitely made a stressful situation a bit easier.

Just got back from this store and has to write a review. Kailey, the store manager, and her new hire were excellent. They were patient and friendly and fixed my MOther’s droid since I couldn’t because I’m an iPhone user. This store has always been very good to us and I’m grateful it’s there.

Had several things to do. New phone for an existing plan, shut down a line, and set up a new number. All handled professionally. Our person was wonderful, engaging, and knowledgeable. Handled each issue with no problems.

Our experience at this AT&T was above and beyond what was expected. Walking in, I was looking for options for a new phone. Joe was not only helpful in picking out the best option and getting me the best deals, but he made me laugh! Something priceless. We sent family friends in the next day to enjoy the experience and get a new phone!

Let me start by saying five stars is not enough for the service I have received from sales rep Greg Buchanan! I have no doubt that I would have gone to another service provider if it was not for him. He went above and beyond to work through the service issue I had at my home with the AT&T network. He continued to work the issues when many others would have stopped. Judging by the other reviews, as well as my experience, you can not go wrong by visiting this store for any and all of you wireless and satellite needs!

Stopped in the store and so glad I did! Becky went above and beyond to help me. Jalen was there also assisting my sister with the best service. They both took their time and explained all options to us. They had us laughing. We are very pleased. Best at&t experience ever.

I came into the store looking for a new phone. Lacy informed me that the plan I had was over 2 years old. She took great care of me. Not only did I get a new phone but I also received a new plan and a cheaper bill. Highly recommended.

The Swedesboro AT&T store is awesome. Very knowledgeable , helpful and friendly. Quick and efficient. I dislike dealing with phone plans but they make it easier for sure. Thank you
