This place is very wonderful. They have great prices all the workers. There are good and wonderful, very respectful. Will explain everything to you Arieanna was The first person I met when I came here and she gave me some basic information. Unfortunately, when I came back to purchase, she wasn’t here but the guy that I talk to made sure that he would include her as well Eric The bald guy with the beard he was hilarious, the very polite and kind he made sure he explained everything to me And help me through the process so if you’re looking for nice quality furniture, you know anything they are more than welcome to help you and they have the best things out right now, so come check them out

Shphira and Elijah were very warm and welcoming. I appreciate all the different decorative suggestions they gave. They are truly patient and kind. I will not, under any circumstances , be getting furniture form anywhere else. The prices, the atmosphere the level of service and attention my family has been shown was incredible.

Today I had a lovely experience furniture shopping with Ariana ( Ari ). I hope I spelled it right! She was such a joy! Literally the best -experience I’ve had furniture shopping. I’ve came here before and got furniture but the experience just wasn’t the same. Please go see my girl and go shop with her! Did I mention she has great taste ALSO!!!!!!!!

The bedroom is exactly what I expected. When I walked into the showroom floor I was greeted with smiles and politeness. The delivery men ( Artie &
Alfred) went above and beyond. If I had to rate their professionalism I would give them a 10+. I would recommend Urban to anyone

Tasha was very welcoming and made me super comfortable with my purchase! She had me in and out in less than a hour! She made it possible for me to have my new couch & mattress the next day, and even though there was a small hiccup at the warehouse center she had a resolution for my problem in less then 15 minutes! Tasha, keep up the great work.. oh the places you will go!

I was taken care of by one of a best sales person that I have ever dealt with (Arieanna ). If I am interested in buying more items, I would request her for my sales person again.She was so polite and didn’t make me feel pressured into buying anything.She let me know that if I had any questions that she would be happy to answer any questions I might have.She made me feel very comfortable.She didn’t push higher pieces on me ,or follow me around,she told me that when am ready she would be walking around the sales floor. I would recommend Urban Furniture to all my friends,not only for your furniture quality but for Arieanna as their salesperson .She handles her job very well.

I visited this store for the first time on 12/9/20. I had a good experience. The staff was pleasant & helpful. They have very nice furniture for reasonable prices. Most likely I will return here soon.

I've purchased from Urban Furniture several years ago and liked the furniture so I decided to give them another try. This time I ordered a couch and dining set and they are both beautiful and I am already getting plenty of compliments. The customer service from UFO is top tier. Tasha greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me pick out everything I needed. I had plenty of questions and she didn't hesitate to answer every one of them. She kept me up to date on my order, delivery, and followed up afterwards. On the day of delivery, I received a text prior to arrival and a call when the delivery driver was outside. I ordered the delivery and set up package and I am very pleased with their service. The guys did a great job setting up quickly and were very nice. I cannot say how much I appreciate the team at UFO. I highly recommend shopping with them.

I walked in knowing a needed a bed and Swan was more than helpful with helping me find the right bed for my needs. Also, to my surpirse the bedset came sooner than we thought. It was such a pleasure working with Swan and the other guy I apologize for forgetting his name

I've been comparison shopping for a little while now and it was a pleasant surprise to find the same items I liked at another furniture store for much less. Tasha was my salesperson and made the shopping experience extremely pleasant. I didn't feel pressured, rushed or that she was more focused on getting the sale instead of getting me what was most practical and cost efficient. Great experience.
