Dan was wonderful to work with. We couldn’t decide which storage facility to go with. But after discussing our options we decided to go with Cubesmart. He was honest, professional, and upfront. I highly recommend this location.

I was getting tired of running out of space in my closet for the overflow. So I knew I had to rent out a storage unit. I didn't know where but I reached out to CubeSmart in Middlebury VT. Dan talked me through all the options and got me the perfect storage unit for my needs! Dan is the MAN with a PLAN!

The units were clean and well taken care of and Dan was helpful and informative

Dan was johnny-on-the-spot helping secure my son's storage unit for summer college break. They have packing supplies and locks, too! 🔥

Spoke with Dan about prices and availability going to be renting soon. Dan was very knowledgeable and informative and will definitely be dealing with CubeSmart in the future!

Absolutely love this place because of Brittney! She was so friendly, fun and easy to talk too. She was efficient at her job and made sure I got the best rate for my unit. She explained the entire process for me and made sure I was comfortable with the placement of my unit before continuing. I wish all processes could have been this fast and seamless. If you are looking for a storage unit- check my girl out! She gone get you right. CubeSmart, you would be wise to keep her.

My experience with Prime Storage lasted 3 months from December to February. I ended my time with them purely based on the fact that I set a deadline for myself to be make room at my private residence and stuck to it.

The clerk at this location was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had great conversations and when I had questions, she was always sure to help me find the answers.

I had ZERO issues with billing. The other reviews here seem incredibly suspect to me as my experience was nothing at all like theirs. I was late on a payment once and I received no price hikes and no price changes at all. In fact, my experience was undisputably better than any other storage unit company I have used.

Lastly, the facility was clean when I showed up and they were clear about making sure I left it the way it was received.

Storage facilities generally need to be on top of their renters as people use these facilities for illegal activity. They need to be strict and thorough in preventing this behavior. This facility balances itself between both extremes. I rate Prime Storage 5/5 because all listed above and I hope this is helpful to all who take the time to read.
