Yesterday my chain broke a half block from Frog Hollow so I dropped in holding my funky gross chain in my hand and the mechanic got right on it and fixed it! He even let me wash all the grease off my hands! That is awesome and appreciated I trust the mechanics with my bike they have been my go to shop 2 years now.

My wife and I were riding across country on our tandem. And after riding in the rain for a couple of weeks our bottom brackets were in need of repair. I was really worried about how long our trip might be delayed. The mechanics at Frog Hollow got the tandem serviced right away and had us up a running in a couple of hours !! Highly skilled and friendly staff. Highly recommended !

I traveled to Middlebury and rented a bike for 2 days. The bike was in great shape, the price was very reasonable and it came with a helmet. Everyone was great to deal with. Excellent experience!

Absolutely fantastic service. The mechanics at Frog Hollow are reliable, polite, helpful--- I took our bikes in for a basic tuneup and both my bike and my daughter's bike are riding much better now. I live 30 minutes away but use Frog Hollow instead of the closer bike shop because they're just that good. Highly recommend.

I have been to many bike stores over the years and Frog Hollow has been the most helpful. I first had a problem with my brakesand it was fixed immediately. I then had a probe with my gears and that was fixed promptly. I would recommend Frog Hollow Bikes to anyone who has any bike-related needs. They are amazing!
