Kimpton Square Senior Apartments

I made a request via the resident portal because my smoke detector was chirping. It was in the afternoon and I knew I would not be able to sleep with the noise.
Saundra in the office called to say that maintenance was on his way. Within 1 hour the maintenance person was at my door. He was quick and efficient. He was also friendly and polite.
Saundra in the office called to be sure the job was done to my satisfaction.
I continue to be pleased at the way my requests are handled. Quickly and thoroughly.

Colton is a very good at communicating what needs to be done and executing the service. Very pleasant yet professional!

Colton, our complex Maintenance contact, always does a fabulous job regarding (any) maintenance request(s). I never need to second-guess his work, nor the quality. I am very impressed with Kimpton. I have been dealing with Brayden Pay and he has been such a delight to work with and so very helpful! love the Docusign with the documents. Very efficient and quick. I am looking forward to living here. Thank you for such a great experience.

I wouldn't give all 5 stars But I called in a request early Saturday morning And no one showed up Until Monday morning I was told Let the people on service Request Did not follow through And my Maintenance Guy Colton on Monday told me he should have gotten that on Saturday. Once he got the request he was very quick and apologized for the delay and also said they'd had other issues with the same company they use other than that I would have given you a 5 star. I want to say that the maintenance was very helpful curious curious and got to my problem right away. I want to give them a 5 star rating

I have been here over 5 years and I think that the Management is doing a Great Job. You have an excellent maintenance guy . He is very polite and takes care of issues in a timely manner. The building is kept clean in all areas. Great place to live for sure.

Colton always does a excellent job and it's always done on schedule. Fantastic customer service and follow up.

Thank you for your maintenance team being right on top of the request , but this why is everything there is no budget like cleaning the carpet in this building ? there are pet droppings here and there especially near the elevators and it is starting to smell.... But I still love living here and my apartment .

Parker And Sandra were very helpful with everything.

My dishwasher died. Or so I thought. Colton came over and breathed life back inside it. Thank you for the quick response and to your expertise.

He got to my apt quick and got my toilet fixed, he was really nice! He’s great !!
