Totally enjoyed the Bouchaine wine dinner on Sunday. All seven courses were delicious. Couldn't pick which one I liked best. Wines were fabulous and generous. Wonderful date night out. Cafe Gelato never disappoints!

New to the area, stopped by for dinner with my wife at a recommendation from friends. The service was good. Had the octopus as a starter which was different for us, and somewhat unexpectedly good. Steak and pasta for dinner were both also good. Beer selection could be a little broader, but I found something I liked. Wine list is amazing, but we didn't get a bottle on this trip. Overall great experience - highly recommend.

The food was absolutely incredible. We decided to stop by on a whim and I’m so glad we did! It was a little crowded but it was a weekend night so that’s to be expected. The ambiance was very romantic. Our waitress was very attentive and the food was out of this world!

I have been calling with questions, about setting up a large birthday dinner for my friends! An employee named Kyle has been very patient and knowledgeable, when answering my questions and providing me with info. I was able to reserve a private room today and discuss menu options for our party. I am super excited to dine in!

Dined here the other night and tried their lobster and shrimp gnocchi. Absolute 10/10, will definitely get again. The great food was complimented well by the service from our waiter Kieran. Professional, attentive, and overall a wonderful server. He truly gave us a pleasant dining experience and we will definitely be returning again. TRY THE LOBSTER AND SHRIMP GNOCCHI!

Cafe Gelato is one of the best restaurants in Delaware. The menu includes something for everyone. The food is very well prepared and delicious. The service and atmosphere are great for a special event lunch or everyday dining. The gelato is a real treat. Be sure to visit if you get the opportunity.

Visited Cafe Gelato for our 4 year wedding anniversary and everything was absolutely wonderful. Atmosphere was quiet and low-key, wait staff was very friendly and kind, and food was absolutely delicious.

By luck, our dinner landed on a Tuesday, which was 1/2 bottle of wine night. We enjoyed a fantastic rose, crab pasta, rack of lamb, and quiet honestly the best desert I've had in years. Highly recommend the Raspberry Torte ❤

Beautiful restaurant, delicious food, friendly staff. This restaurant is a must and top of my favorite restaurants anywhere. Their brunch is fabulous, dinner offers made from scratch pastas and incredible seafood all prepared by a fantastic chef Jeo. The hands on owner is detail oriented and creates this elegant setting - you need to step inside to see his personal ambience. Extensive wine list, Delicious pizza, homemade gelato, specialty coffee and much more! Authentic Italian food with the highest quality

Caffe Gelato did a great job catering our work holiday party. They were quick to email and adjust the menu when needed, the food was fabulous and everyone raved about the gelato. Overall a great experience, and we will be using again.

Great food and atmosphere. We always come here for date night!! I also had them cater my baby shower made it so much easier on me and the catering was perfect.

Had reservations; were seated promptly, great service; food was beautifully presented and delicious. Cosmos, butternut squash bisque, Caesar salad, scallops, seafood ravioli, pumpkin gelato, chocolate raspberry torte, cappuccino - start to finish dinner was an absolute delight. Plenty of servers on a Saturday night. Food and service on point. Pleasantly surprised.

Had brunch with my daughter and it was delicious. She got sweet and I got savory. We’re going to make this a regular event! The atmosphere it warm and elegant. So perfect.

I have visited Caffe Gelato for years and I have never been disappointed. If it’s a night out on a date, taking out a business client or a larger community event, the food, service and atmosphere is always top notch. Highly recommend!!

Cafe Gelato is a phenomenal place to eat. Whether I’m with friends or family, young or old they have something for everyones taste. They have a vast selection of wine for those who would like to just stop by and have a drink or if you’re there for a special occasion. The staff here are amazing and their hard work shows in the efforts that are put in to the wonderful taste of the food as well as the beautiful ambience of the restaurant. And not only is the restaurant wonderful but when they cater events they truly outdo themselves. This is a kind of place where people truly care about the service they provide.

I love this place. They were very friendly. The food and Gelato were excellent. I love the way the restaurant was decorated and there are many private dining areas.

Had brunch here on parents weekend. The place was incredibly busy. While coffee and food were delayed, it never felt like a problem because of the hustle of the staff…they were on it. The food was absolutely delicious. The shrimp omelette and crème brûlée French toast were out of this world. I can’t wait to come back for more…and to see my daughter of course.
