We was ending our Lease with another Ford Dealer, we had a very horrible time with them, so much that we were considering not going with Ford anymore ( we have had 5 Ford SUV )- but we met with Paul who was great- he assured us that we were not going to have the same experience. Over the years, I have leased three cars from them, and I ultimately purchased the third leased vehicle from Quality Auto Mall as well. I went their website and saw a Ford Escape I was interested in. It was a Saturday morning and the dealership was just opening. I decided to give them a call. Danny was my contact, I told him about the Escape and gave him the info. He told me that he would bring the Escape up front so I can come and look at it. I got there in about 10 minutes. In the end I traded in my Eco Sport for the new Escape. Danny was a great salesman to deal with. We made the deal and I drove off the lot in a brand new 2023 Ford Escape ST Line. I am very happy with my purchase. I do recommend going to this dealership and buying a car from them. They also have a great service department that I have brought my other Fords I owned to. It's easy to get to from Rt17 or Rt3 depending on where your coming from. Again, thank you to all the staff of Quality Auto Mall.

Purchased a Maverick from quality Ford and the salesperson yorlenys was very helpful highly recommend. Also her manager Timothy was very helpful as well. Overall experience was great. I didn't feel uncomfortable like when you go to a typical salesperson . They even had my truck delivered immediately to my house for me via flatbed service. Thanks for the excellent service!

This will our 10 (30 years) lease with Quality Ford of Rutherford NJ. Much has to do with the excellent services from salesman Danny. We follow Q Ford from Mount Vernon NY to Rutherford regardless of toll and gas hikes. Our goal is reliability we are not interested service and repairs to vehicles without warranty. ford Quality Auto Mall , I must say is the best place to get vehicles from. my family has been getting cars from here since 2004. my mother has gotten 4 cars from this dealer and has loved the serves and vehicles. for me this is my second vehicle. ive gone to other fords just to see what they have and how there staff is. but everytime ive done so. No other dealer as made me feel welcomed and helped me the way Quality Auto does. always brings me right back to home base. the staff is very friendly and helpful, they are not pushy and give you the feeling of wanting to make a quick sale, as did the other ones. I am very pleased with this team as my mother feels too. This is the dealership that wants to help its customers feel at home, wanted and not feel pressured and goes out of the way to make it possible. This is the dealership I will be dealing with from now and into the future for my vehicle for many years to come.

Tim, Paul and the other teammates at Quality Auto Mall made me feel extremely at ease with the whole process. Tim took the time to "crunch the numbers" with me and was able to give me a better APR than my own bank! Tim took the time with my naivete, and my "are you sure"(s). I was without a car and Tim offered to come and get me after work!
Paul greeted me at the desk and immediately took me to my new car to give me the basics on the new features. We took "Cloudy" around the parking lot to get a feel of the new features and then proceeded to his desk to sign all the paperwork. After signing Paul took me around the dealership and into the service area to introduce me to the other members of his team.
I think I was in and out in under an hour with my new Bronco Sport.

My experience was great! Carlos Santana was my service writer, as I entered I notice that there was about 4 stations for service writer but Carlos Santana was the only one in his booth. Carlos seemed alittle overwhelmed but he managed to take care of my situation without any hesitation. I took my car for 2 recalls 8n a Friday and it wasn't done until the following Friday but during that time Carlos continued calling me and keeping me up with progress. Even though they keep my car for 8 days Carlos was willing to lend me a loner car but I refused cause I was off that week but that was good that I had the option if I needed it. There was also a person who would drive u home and pic u up. I forgot his name but he great!

Saw they had an f150 in the exact spec I wanted, went in and spoke with Danny the salesman. He was amazing and very welcoming. He worked with me on what I could afford and he gave me the best deal out of all the Ford dealers nearby. Also Paul and John in management were both amazing. They laid out all of the possible deals that we can do and helped us get to the best one. Also finance was amazing, super patient and helpful. Seriously these guys are great.
