Sammy has been my husband's family jeweler for many, many years - my husband took my great-grandmother's ring to see if it could be redesigned/crafted into an engagement ring for me, and Sammy did an incredible job. (pearl was removed and made into a necklace for my mother, diamond was added and secured) We also purchased my wedding bands and Sammy resized my husband's grandfather's wedding band which is now worn/loved by my husband.

My parents are thrilled to have a jeweler back in "the family" as well! My parents have taken multiple trips to visit Sammy over the last few months for him to repair pieces for my Mother to enjoy once again.

Beyond being an extremely talented jeweler, he is also very fun to chat with :) it's always a great experience when visiting Trio Jewelers!

Sam is a true gem of a human. He's been in town for as long as I can remember and my parents would go to him. He helped me pick out and design an engagement ring and wedding band , which my wife is still amazed how well we nailed it, 15+years ago and it's still as stunning as day 1. Plus all of the other items our family has purchased over the years.

Trio provided me and my fiance with top level service. We were needing to have our wedding rings resized and repair done on mine. We only had a couple of weeks before our wedding date, and the amazing couple who run this jewelry store went out of their way to get the rings done faster than I could have hoped for. In addition to the great quality of the workmanship. Not only did the get this to us in time, but they also did an additional resizing on my fiance's after the band width made the original size request to small for his knuckle. I was so pleased with their service, I took a third ring that was very special to me in for repairs. I highly recommend them, and will not take my jewelry anywhere else in the future.

I had to get a ring resized and I was looking for a honest place. I read online reviews and Trio Jewelers had the most amazing reviews. So I went with them. I honestly understand why. Not only did they do a amazing job sizing my ring which was very dainty and small the amount of honestly they gave me about because it was so small they may not be able to do it. But, they came through for me.
Trio Jewelers are the nicest people. They care about their customers like so many have in years gone by. It is refreshing to know that there are still people out there.
The way some businesses are run nowadays with this younger generation not much empathy and lack of concern it was wonderful to find that there still are others out there who truly care about their customers. I would 💯 recommend Trio Jewelers for any of your Jewelery needs.

Stopped into this shop a few weeks ago to replace batteries in a few watches (Skagen and Gucci). I was serviced immediately and able to wait while they were fixed. Extremely affordable, fast, friendly and professional. Thankful I was able to find something local and support honest local small business. Will be returning and even recommended to my sisters.

Very friendly small business. We dropped off my wife’s locket that would no longer stay closed. We didn’t even tell them that it was a very special locket, regardless of the retail value, due to the engravings inside (and it being a wedding day gift). It was clear that we didn’t need to explain how significant it was to us- they clearly handled it with care, had it fixed in minutes, and refused to take our money. I even tried to leave a $10 bill on the way out, and they wouldn’t take it- just said ‘Happy Holidays!’ and pushed the money back our way. I believe they understood the significance of the locket, and didn’t want to make someone pay to keep it maintained. We were taken aback by their generosity, empathy, and overall friendliness. We will be back to purchase some jewelry soon.

Got my wedding ring made smaller lost some weight it was loose. What a job they did I am very pleased and greatful, this is my Jewler from now on. Once you go here you will go nowhere else.
