Foxglove Farm and Forest

I came across Catherine’s gorgeous jewelry and stunning farm life photography in Middlebury. They also grow beautiful flowers and do maple syrup. If you see them at a market, get over to their booth. I can’t wait to get down to their farm stand to see the where their high quality products come from! Not to mention the Raisharts are such nice, hardworking people. Thanks for all you do!

Quintessential Vermont experience (even for Vermonters)! We stayed overnight in the small cabin that Catherine and Mark host on Airbnb. It's extremely charming, clean, and stocked with everything you need for the wood cabin vibe, fireplace included of course. They have also marked several trails behind their home on which we enjoyed a relaxing walk at sunrise. Make sure to check out the hand crafted jewelry and small batch Maple Syrup as well!

An absolutely beautiful cabin set on an idyllic property perfect for anyone looking for a getaway. The owners are so kind and personable and really made an effort to make sure we had the best stay possible. We had a beautiful time hiking, sitting by the fire, and exploring the trails in the backyard. The cabin is cozy and comfortable. We’ll be coming back the first chance we get!

Foxglove Farms hosts a lovely airbnb log cabin that has two bedrooms, full bath, full kitchen and is well located off of route 7 for travelers or skiers. The farm is beautiful and the hosts are friendly and helpful. We spent 2 comfortable weeks in this cabin in early June, it was wonderful.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the cabin. It was absolutely cozy and the perfect unwind for my husband and I. Everything has been thought of so intricately and how much Catherine and her family care about the property and their guests show!

If you need maple syrup, beautiful flowers, or a stay in a serene setting, look no further! Mark and Catherine are fantastic, caring people with an eye for details and an incredible work ethic. Highly recommend!

Great place. There's a cabin in the property to rent with a fire pit and screened in porch, and they sell maple syrup, eggs and flowers, with lots of good trails for hiking.

Truly a remarkable getaway. I will continue to get down to visit and stay at Foxglove farm every chance I get - it’s the coziest place on earth. Thank you Mark and Catherine (and family) for your hospitality!
