I went in to upgrade my phone and not only did I walk out with the latest phone, but a watch, case, and screen protector too. Everything had killer discounts and the new manager seemed to really have my best interest in mind and wasn’t out for my money!

The experience at this store was nothing short of welcoming and personable. Matt and Shyann were wonderful. They both personally helped me throughout my transactions and were amazing at throughly looking over my bill. I walked out with a new watch and new phone! I love my phone and very satisfied with the service provided. 10/10 would recommend. Go here over any other store if you want immaculate customer service!

I absolutely love the t-mobile on 46. The staff is always so helpful and they always take good care of me and any other customers. They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service, I always leave feeling satisfied and happy. Definitely go check them out and try the home internet it is a total game changer when it comes to wifi, trust me you will thank me later!

Che is amazing. Even when he started to get busy he was able to take care of multiple customers at the same time. I drove 40 minutes to come to the store because I know how good he is. When there is a Sprint store less than 5 minutes away from me. All of my problems were handled in a quick and easy fashion. I will definitely bring any other Sprint business that I have , to this store.

Stopped in yesterday to switch out my Sprint sim card for a T-Mobile one. The three gentlemen working were very helpful and welcoming. Although they were kind of busy they were also very efficient. I was in and out very quickly. Thanks guys!

I normally upgrade my phones online and handle everything myself, but I made few mistakes and ended up having to bite the bullet and go into the store in order to upgrade our phones. I had emailed the store early in the morning and received a prompt and helpful reply from the store manager letting me know what I needed to do to get the upgrade process started. My girlfriend and I went in last night expecting a nightmare based on previous experiences with other cell phone providers but were blown away by the service provided by Che Brotzman. Outstanding customer service! I'm a rather shy person myself and dread having a salesman push unwanted products and services. Che did a wonderful job of making suggestions and laying out the pros and cons of various things without making me feel like I needed to empty my bank account. There were a few customers ahead of us but Che managed to take the time to greet us and let us know that he'd be with us shortly. The store was clean and well-kept. Based on my experience last night, I plan on utilizing this Sprint store for any and all future phone upgrades/issues.

I'm blown away by the customer service at this Sprint location. Che Brotzman helped me directly with switching from a competitor to Sprint. He made great suggestions along the way which not only enhanced the experience but also enabled me to get the best deals. This in turn made me want to share the greatness of Sprint and this specific location with friends and family. 10/10 5/5 whatever your scale is, this place and its people are amazing

Had issues after ordering online. Went in and issue was resolved quickly by super nice employees! Definitely will be doing business in store over online for future purchases! Definitely recommend going in store if possible!
