Best experience I've ever had buying a car! I drove 80 miles from where I live because I was referred by a friend and I am sooooo happy I did! The place is under new management and it was just a great experience. Mike Carter was very professional and thorough. I was in and out of the dealership with my new car in just a couple of hours. I also truly LOVE my car! It runs amazing! You never know what your going to get buying a used car, but everything is top notch! No matter where you live, if you want to buy a really good car, I recommend going here because you'll get treated right and find what your looking for.

I had a very heartwarming experience at Nissan of Hawthorne. I myself have been in similar situations to everyone that reads this review and had so much fear and doubt when it came to buying a car and trusting the right dealer. The car salesman Brian not only worked very hard to find the car I wanted, he worked with due diligence, respect, professionalism, and sincere honesty to reassure that I was going to get the car that fit my budget and what I was looking for. Brian really gave me confidence that I was going to walk out the dealership with the car I had been seeking. Everyone from Brian to the top was phenomenal and I could not be any happier. The Nissan Murano is running great and I have had no issues. Great mileage and smooth drive. There are some great people over at Nissan of Hawthorne. Give them your time and trust and you will not regret the experience.

I purchased a used Ford fusion with very low miles at a great price. There were unexpected fees that made the price higher than expected but it was still a great value. Our experience was very good. If you are not happy with a price or fee just don't buy and never leave a deposit if you're not sure.

Wow! amazing experience. Possibly the best experience I've had in any Nissan EVER. I came here after a few days of trying to find a good car for me but you can't trust a lot of used car lots and even some of the Nissans near me haven't been good. But as soon as I came in to the Nissan of Hawthorne I was welcomed immediately with open arms. The sales manager John just made it a great experience over all with his vast knowledge of all the vehicles. I drove out of their with my new Altima that day and have been nothing but pleased. Will definitely be back again for purchases in the future!!!

Nissan of Hawthorne excellent excellent customer service. They really did a great job making the buying process very seamless. They had a phenomenal inventory especially in there used car lot there was a good abundance of all different types of vehicles. I was able to get my daughter her first car without any hassle which is so hard to do these days. I would recommend to anyone who wants a stress free, ACTUAL good deal on a car. After having a terrible experience here 3 years ago, I refused to go back to them. One day, I received a call that I could trade in my current lease early. My initial thought was absolutely not! However, I was told that Louis Martinez was really awesome. So I decided against my better judgment to give him a chance. I told him about my previous experience at he was very apologetic and promised to rectify the situation and he made due on his promise. He was honest, humble, punctual, and the entire process was painless.

I would give more stars if I could. This dealership is under new management and it shows. I went to several dealerships and almost gave up on my search for a Nissan. The dealerships alone were the reason I was going to buy another brand and spend more money.

Then I gave Hawthorne a try. I can not believe what an amazing staff this store has. They are so transparent and honest it is unbelievable. I am still in shock with the difference in experience with this dealership compared to ALL others.

From the salesmen, to the finance manager , to the internet people, to even the general manager who PERSONALLY was smiling and in a great mood and thanked us for our business repeatedly. It feels like you are working with close friends. They are not out to get you like other dealers. They want to work with you and get to a fair deal for both sides.

If you come into this dealership with a reasonable expectation they will undoubtedly take care of you. This dealership is a hidden gem. It may be small but they will make deals the bigger dealers won't, because they are about building relationships for sales not ripping people off. They are one of a kind and have earned not only my business, but my respect. I truly appreciate the service that Hawthorne Nissan puts out. You will not be disappointed.

I wasn't sure what to expect walking into this dealership. Brain said hello to me and asked me about what I was looking for in a car. I am very happy I was approached by him as my experience buying my new Maxima has been a really good, also Manager Alex and Enrique were very helpful. They worked with me and got me the best deal. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

My experience at this store was amazing . I am a bit shocked to see all these bad reviews on here but then again people that are upset will take their time and write a negative review. Therefore I am doing my part and leaving a POSITIVE review to let everyone know that this store is nothing like these bad reviews describe . I loved every minute that I was there . The entire process was smooth and pleasant . Although this is not my 1st time buying a car but most defiantly the best experience I've had .

This is my 7th car and I have to admit it was objectively the best experience I've ever had. Aside from the genuine service and attentiveness to detail these two portrayed was eventually crucial in getting me a great deal. But what separated them from the rest was the unfortunate event that occurred when I was involved in a car accident just a MONTH after buying it. Well let me tell you I was in shambles, but thanks to the outstanding support and help from both Louis, Gary and the rest of the team I was able to salvage as much of my previous deal and walk away with not ONE but TWO brand new 370z's. I recommend this spot to not only the readers but also all my friends and family. You can certainly feel safe with the sales reps and the manager Eddie was reassuring with all the financial details. Go to Hawthorne and ask for Louis or Gary, you won't be disappointed...GUARANTEED.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!!

After reading the previous reviews I have to say I was skeptical about going here. A friend had told me about deals they were having on 2016 Altimas. I was skeptical up until the point of signing the papers and couldn't believe the deal they were giving me.

I've bought 10+ cars in the past from dealerships and know how things work. They really made sure to give me the best deal possible and we're all so friendly while doing so. I had shopped at 2 other dealerships trying to get a deal on a 2016 Altima and after going to Route 46 Nissan and pretty much being told to leave the dealership "nicely" by their Sales Manager "Rich" (They may get my bad review later on if it keeps bothering me), I didn't think getting a new Altima for a great deal would be possible or worth my time. This was until I saw the staff at Hawthorne Nissan.

I dealt with Christina who put the deal together, Daniel as my salesman, JD as the finance guy, and Enrique as the sales manager. They ALL get my 5 Star Rating.

Enrique (Sales Manager) personally thanked me for my business and told me to let him know if I need anything. This was a COMPLETE 360 compared to the other dealerships. They seemed very happy to get my business and really seem to be working hard to turn this dealership around.

I hope this review helps someone make the decision to try this dealership out again. You won't be disappointed!

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my car here. After looking around for quite a while I finally found a dealership that I felt was being straight forward with me. T.J. and gentleman in the financing department helped me to find the car I wanted and got my financing approved quickly. I have now been driving my car for 6 months and do not have any complaints. I recently leased a Nissan Murano from Nissan of Hawthorne and could not have been more pleased with the attention I received. Both my salesman Alex and the general sales manager Eddie Cortes were exceeding helpful in making the selection of a new car a positive experience. I have purchased or leased several cars in the past, but this had to have been the best experience I can remember.

The team at Nissan Hawthorne are outstanding and a model for how TrueCar buying should be. They were upfront on the TrueCar pricing, upfront and quick with the trade in value, and did NOT play any of the games of making you wait or changing the prices after the fact.

Alex, Louis and the rest of the team don't play the games that many of the other dealers I went to did. You may not agree on the price, which is one thing, but you don't have to waste 1-2 hours to figure out that you can't make the numbers work. I ended up leaving the deal thinking I might find something better, however after visiting a number of other Nissan dealers we ended up back at Nissan of Hawthorne agreeing on the great deal they had originally offered. Had I know better I could have saved myself the time and energy.

If you like to make a big production of buying a car and like sitting around while they evaluate your trade-in and 'negotiate' in the back room about the 'good deal' they're trying to get you, don't go to Hawthorne of Nissan. If on the other hand you want to buy a well priced car from a good group of people, give Alex or Louis a call.

Great experience. Gary my salesperson was wonderful. I didn't experience this dealership under the other mgmt team but the team they have now is great. The finance mgr (who's name escapes me but he has glasses and is very nice) and Eddie the sale mgr were wonderful. Even the staff in the service department is great. My buying experience was wonderful and I have since recommended others here.

I recently purchased my Nissan Rogue at Nissan of Hawthorne which was one of the best car buying experiences ever ha.
The guys there where extremely helpful, and when it came down to price they were very generous with the discount.I actually got the price I had in my head when I walked in the door.
I left a deposit and arranged to collect 3 days later, the guys offered to deliver it the next day free of charge which was a good 45 miles there and back.

The next day the car arrived gleaming, it had just been cleaned and prepped and the salesman went thru the entire delivery process in my driveway Very Convenient!
I was Very impressed with the polite and friendly service and definitely worth a recommendation, hence internet post! I tried the highway stores and was bounced around from salesman to manager and then they tried to convince me to buy different car. this place did it right and i would definitely recommend to someone looking for a Nissan.

I worked with Scott Straight and had the best experience getting my Nissan Rogue. Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and very low key. I felt like he was looking out for my best interest and not pressuring me at all. He made it a very seamless experience. I have verbally recommended Scott and Nissan Hawthorne since my purchase but wanted to put it on record. There are so many disreputable car dealers out there - Nissan of Hawthorne is not one - it is purely professional. So do yourself a favor and come here to purchase your car and ask for Scott!

From the moment I walked in I felt GOOD about trying to purchase a new vehicle here. The sales team did not make me feel like I was being sold a raw deal and I genuinely felt they were trying to help me fit my needs and budget.
