After a 6 hour drive from Chicago, you could say my car was pretty dirty. This car wash did a very good job cleaning it. All the bugs are gone and she shines again! No scratches or dents. Works for me

I have went to the car wash pretty consistently over the years, because it’s one of the best, if not the best, drive thru car wash in Jeffersonville. It gets your car SHINY AND CLEAN. Over the years, I’ve always been satisfied and never had an issue. Well today, I had an issue, which after emailing with the owner, determined to be user error (whoops) but the owner still took care of me and answered all of my questions. And not only that, but responded to my email (after hours) within the hour and assisted me with my issue. The customer service is just as good as the car wash. 10/10 recommend.

This car wash does a fantastic job! My car looked so good with the $9 wash. Customer service superb! Took husband's truck a few days later and the bay I went to did not work after I had paid so I drove through it and got in line at another bay. While in line I was sending an email to whatawash regarding a refund to my surprise someone was on call in the office. I flagged him down and explained it took my money so he waited with me in line and when I got to the kiosk to pay he entered a code for me. Before I had finished my car wash he had the broken bay up and running. Two thumbs up 👍

Seems like it did a good job. Dreyer's could use maybe a few more seconds..
But overall did a pretty good job for I think for $9
Seems like it'd be a hell of a lot easier to have the automatic bays to accept even denominators in currency. 5,10,15,20.

**UPDATE** The owner did call me a few moments ago and set things straight 01/06/2017. He did offer a refund or a free wash. He proceeded to ask what happened and was very nice and respectful on the phone. He called and informed me that he did receive my complaint from the BBB. I will be changing this from a one star to a five star because he did take the time out of his day to make it right with me, and I respect that.

I went last night to wash my car after getting stuck in some mud. Paid $7 to have the car washed and my undercarriage washed as well. After having to swipe my card over 5 times it finally allowed me to pull in, told me to stop when I got to the right place, so I did, placed the car in park, then it told me to exit without even spraying water on my car. I've tried calling the number last night with no answer. It was about 10 at night so I figured the office area was closed, no big deal. I call this morning 4 or 5 times and still no answer, no voice mail, nothing. It only says the line is busy. This place is the BIGGEST JOKE I have EVER been too!!! NEVER again will I go there, and I'll never recommend anyone to ever go there , especially after reading these other reviews. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else. I'll be calling the Better Buisness Bureau if I don't get ahold of anyone by 5pm today. 01/04/2017.

Saw all these reviews how bad they are. Im thinking they have no clue how to drive. My car was awesome. Even my wheels looked great

I'm always satisfied with my wash here. A friend of mine got their car damaged here once by accident and the owner took care of it immediately.

Soft touch is the only way to go. Touch free is a joke. Never had an issue with this place in several years of utilizing it. Regular, satisfied customer.

My children and I love to go to the car was because of the colorful rainbow colored soap...its the small things sometimes!

I would love if there was a change machine. Also fragrance spray. The trees don't have enough scents.

Gets my car cleaner then if I washed it myself. $12.00 cycle is worth it.
