Ecret's Flower Shop

Ecret's came thru for me today! I ordered something for Valentine's Day.That never came in. 1st thing this morning I ordered Flowers. They ran out of what I wanted. Which is not uncommon on this holiday. They called me right away we discussed options & they delivered Some very Beautiful roses to my Girlfriend. She is happy which makes me happy! I will be using Ecret's Flowers Shop again! Thank you very much for your help!!!

I ordered through 1-800-Flowers and this is the local florist that was used. It was a disaster from start to finish. I ordered at noon for same day delivery. I got an email stating that delivery had to be changed to the next day at 9am. The flowers didnt arrive until 2. I went to visit my grandmother (the recipient) the same day and imagine my surprise when I paid for a large bouquet in a red vase, and what she received was a small bouquet in a clear vase. What a rip off!! Imagine how many people are paying extra for a large bouquet and what they're sending out is a small bouquet! 1-800-flowers did offer to have them redo the bouquet, but I demanded a different florist. **UPDATE** Not only did they screw up the first order, they got upset that I complained and sent someone to my 76yo grandmothers nursing home room to take back the messed up order and refused to redo it or make it right! Take your business elsewhere. I can't believe this place is still open.

I recently came home to visit family, I am a Active US Army soldier so I don’t get to come home as often as I would like. When I was home I went to visit my grandmother at her nursing home with my little sister, she has mild dementia. While I was there she requested for me to send her flowers. I had to leave the next day so me and my sister set it up so she would get the flowers she asked for. This is the local flower place near her nursing home that 1800flowers used to send the flowers. Well the order wasn’t done correctly, and my sister requested for them to get done again. They basically said no and went to the nursing home and took my grandmothers flowers back.

Don’t waste your money at this shop. I decided to give my business a florist in my town and I’m highly disappointed. I ordered off their website which goes through a 3rd party Teleflora. The arrangement was no not even close to the description. I even reach out to a friend who owns his own flower shop less then 90 miles away. He shared the the amount of each flower that should of been in the arrangement and explained if they can meet that then the need to substitute. Long story short I called the florist and she gave me a song and dance. I’m not one to complain but I spent 77.99 plus fees total 93.00. I could of went to Acme and got a what I wanted for less then $50. I gave her a chance to right here wrong. If your going to order flowers here in Pennsville use Garden of Eden or Taylor’s in Woodstown. Both will get it right the first time.

My son and daughter ordered flowers for my mom in a nursing home to n Salem what they ordered was beautiful what they delivered was not looked nothing like the picture from 1800 flowers I know it could look alittle different but what she received was a mess and when she called to complain they repoed the flowers and refused to redeliver wow so sad
