I have to give a big shout out to all the workers especially Chip on1/12/24. He went (I feel) above and beyond to help me w my problem helped me get a great deal and when I went back for some advise, he went outside and fixed my issue in the cold. Told me to stay in where it was warm. He doesn't know how that made me feel. He helped me out in my most needed time.
I'll be back later to get an alternator.

I want to thank the staff here at this location (mainly Stephanie and Aiden). They were extremely helpful, patient, kind, and didn't mind being hands on. They also explained anything I didn't understand to the best of their ability and gave me suggestions on following up outside of them to further fix my issues. Aiden could not have been more helpful. I went in looking for a battery for a very old truck and windshield wiper fluid for my car. Aidan made the whole process extremely easy his kindness, respectfulness and helpfulness made.

I passed through two towns to come to this one in Pennsville because they treat you like family with the upmost respect and helpfulness. They are A HIGH credit to the AUTO ZONE COMPANY.

I went into the Pennsville Auto Zone just to buy a windshield sun reflector. Couldn’t find them so I asked Stephanie at the front. Greeted me and showed me down aisle 2. She stayed right there and was describing the difference in sizes, etc. Then I remembered I could use new windshield wipers so Stephanie goes to the computer to look up the size my car takes. We go back to aisle 2 and more decisions are needed. I told her to pick one and said, kidding/not kidding, I would have to uTube it to learn how to install it. Stephanie said that she would install it! Before I could say much, she was done!! Now THAT’S costumer service!! Lately I’ve noticed nobody likes their job anymore and is reflective in how they treat customers. Stephanie Schultz, I hope your boss actually reads these reviews because you deserve more stars than I’m allowed! It was a pleasure.

Gary installed our vehicle battery and was super knowledgeable. It’s great knowing they offer this service for free and have great customer service.

My car battery dead. It is 7pm and we really need it to be replace. Went to the first autozone, the guy work there can't or not capable to it. Went to Firestone, too long waiting. So we drove all the way here, the manager named Jay, is a great young man, so smart and handy, along with Ronnie's help, they got the new battery in, now we arr worry free. Thank you, Jay and Ronnie.

I needed a low beam headlight for my Honda CRV. Gary installed the new low beam headlight for me. Great service and very helpful than you Gary.

Showed up with both headlights dead, asked if they could help install new ones and they were about already out the door to help check out what was wrong and what I’d need.

I don’t even think 10-15 minutes had gone by and I already had both headlight bulbs swapped and functioning again. Stephanie was a great help, and eager to do so even in the rain.

They scaned my car again and fixed it again with the cleaner and now the light is put again for now till I go to the dealership I'm grateful to them for their help

Thank you Gary M. for helping me diagnose the engine light on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. When I approached Gary, he had the code reader in his habd before I finushed the sentence. He diagnosed the issue, got me the part I needed and gave me more info on some other things to look at when I replace the failed part. Gary is the type of employee every AutoZone needs. When I left the store, he was already out in the parking lot helping another customer. First class..

I stopped by here last week when I had a brake light out on the right. The guy there, I believe his name is Andy or Gary sprang right into action and helped me out. (He said he just moved down to the area from the New Brunswick area) I needed a special tool to get the rear brake light cover, and he was able to assist me. At so many places nobody wants to help with anything, but I have been to this story before, and your staff is great. It really makes a difference. When I saw I had the issue, I knew I should go to your store location to get the part. Thanks for consistently being great over the years!

Aiden helped me change my battery, and made sure everything else was working well. He reminded us of our warranty for our battery, and saved us money. He was very friendly and we had a very good experience here!

I needed a headlight replaced in my car. Stephanie, Dave and the other staff were extremely helpful and worked until they got it in. I have to admit, it was not an easy task, but they kept going until that light fixture popped in place.

As always, Pennsville Auto Zone was nothing but helpful. Anthony helped me look up the specs for what my truck needed, found a replacement for what was out of stock and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I pass 3 different auto shops to get here because they’re the best one around.
