Had a great experience with Alex at Tulip and Tonic! She was informative, thorough, and made me feel very comfortable. My treatment was quick and as described and seemed to be very effective! Will definitely see her again for any skin care needs and would highly recommend!

Hilary is absolutely wonderful!! She knows how to cut curly hair, and lighten blonde hair with a soft touch. Not to mention she is such a pleasure to talk to. Alexandria the owner of Tulip and Tonic is amazing! I was struggling with really bad cystic and hormonal acne and I was so uncomfortable in my own skin, I was depressed and crying due to the pain and how unattractive I felt. Alex saved my skin, she covered my treatment plan and what I would expect and how my process would go! She was genuine and professional I really enjoyed the whole process of seeing her that I looked forward to going to every appointment! She is informational and well educated in her practice. I would highly recommend her to any one who isn’t feeling beautiful or confident in their own skin! She will have you glowing!

I truly can’t say enough good things about Alex, and the rest of the Tulip and Tonic crew. The ladies are wonderful and always go out of their way to make the experience with them nothing but the absolute best. It’s such an inviting space where you immediately feel like you can open up, get cozy, and relax. They’re also incredibly knowledgeable in their fields, and provide you with nothing but 5 star treatment and service. My kiddos and I are forever clients, and I’ve recommended other friends and family members to T & T who also couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

Alex has always been helpful and there to answer questions and give good service. I suffer with some extremely sensitive skin that i have no idea how to control or deal with. Lots of products and treatments make my skin so painful its hard to just deal with the day. Alex hasn't stopped trying to help me find the right things sense we met. She treats me as if i actually matter. As someone who themselves gives services in the beauty industry she is a prime example of the service I always strive to give my clients. I think it's important as the consumer to always understand these professionals are people too, that have busy schedules and lives and all I ever look for is someone who actually cares. Facial by Alex was a highlight of my week - heated bed, soft blanket, soothing music, and lots of lovely masks accompanied by shoulder and head massage - super relaxing. Highly recommended!

Alex is hands down the best! I have been seeing Alex for waxing for a few years now, and won’t go anywhere else! I have some of the most sensitive skin I’m sure she’s ever seen, and never experience any sort of reaction after having my eyebrows done. Her Brazilians are quick and nearly painless! Her spa is gorgeous and inviting, overlooking the falls!

I have been using Alexandrias services for years. She is extremely professional, punctual and her prices are very reasonable. Alex lets me know days ahead of time if she needs to reschedule. She has a points system so you can get free services at times. She always has a smile on her face and I feel very comfortable and welcomed.

The entire Team at Alexandria Beauty Lounge is kind, helpful, funny, hardworking and professional. Each takes pride in what they do. I have my facials, hair cuts, color, wax, spray tans, and lashes all completed here. I also purchase my shampoo and conditioner as well as my facial cleanser. These lovely ladies always seem to be able to work around my schedule to fit me in and each one of them has followed up post appointments to make sure I was satisfied. You don’t find that at every salon. I never have been one to sit back and relax and just take care of myself but they have such a welcoming atmosphere that it’s impossible to not just enjoy your experience. I receive many compliments on my lash extensions and hair cut. But also people can’t see how much better my skin is thanks to them. Lydia even hand delivered my skin treatment to me when I called nearly in tears over acne from having the masks on that we all have to wear. She also fit me in for a very last second facial. Alex fit me in last minute to fix my lashes when I accidentally pulled a chunk out. And Sam did such a lovely job with my coloring people that I mentioned it to couldn’t believe it was dyed. Hillary’s cut I’ve received more compliments on then I ever have. And my husband likes my lashes by Lydia so much he will even watch our kids for my appointments. I know I’m going on and on but a couple more things. I trusted Sam so much I gave her my amazon password and she ordered the hair dryer for me that she thought would be the best (on her day off) and she was right I love it. Also I wanted to be photo ready for my trip to Aruba this winter and Lydia created and entire beauty plan from me top to bottom. She is so easy to work with even with what could be the most awkward situation. 5 stars all around ladies. Thanks for everything ❤❤❤

I get my eyebrows waxed here and the experience, staff, and environment is much better than anywhere else I've gone. The attention to detail and care that you receive is enormous and you can tell that they know what they are doing and want to do the best job they can for you. The location is beautiful, clean, and staff is incredibly friendly- Alex (who has done my eyebrows) is amazing! Cannot recommend this place enough. Student discount is nice too!

Amazing Spa! I have had massages, facials and my favorite lash extensions from Alex. She is by far the most amazing person ever! Extremely knowledgeable about skin care and is very friendly!
