Great experience! Exceptional service here from Rebecca. She was a Rockstar! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Come to this location. The pictures don't even do it justice. It was nice and hot! Todd got the Fisco and I got the Chicken BLT with sourdough bread, blue Powerade, and a medium fry. Then apple turnovers for dessert. It was hot and fresh. Great way to start my workday!

I went through the drive thru this morning because I kept seeing advertisements, and I loved Hardee's BEC biscuits growing up. The closest one to my house is about 45 minutes away, so since I was driving by, I decided to stop. The girl at the drive-thru was super friendly and nice! There were 2 cars in front of me but the line went quickly. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit meal. It was delicious! Took me back about 30 years to when we would go every Sunday for breakfast before church!

Friendly staff, accurate and quick order, amazing biscuits! This store has made some changes for the better lately, will definitely be returning :)

Ate lunch here today.. At the end of my order they realize the credit card machine went down. The managers were nice enough not to charge me for my lunch today. The whole team in there was very professional...

This is my favorite go to Hardee’s in Indiana!! The young lady that works night time in the drive through is so sweet and well mannered. I go to this Hardee’s almost everyday after work and she always seem to make sure I am satisfied and every way before I leave. She always has that beautiful smile on her face. My favorite burger here is the Frisco burger!!

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Going thru drive thru ordered my breakfast meal (I was a little off because I didn't see what I wanted on the board BUT Johnny understood). He was pleasant & had a smile thru the intercom. Pulled up exchanged pleasantries, while paying for my food I expressed the reason I ordered egg & cheese biscuit from Hardee's as they would actually scramble the real eggs & not give folded instant eggs. He asked me to wait and made another egg sandwich the way I communicated. I did not ask nor had a problem with what I received, he just did it!!!! In this day and customer service is out the window & food quality is even worse. I received AWESOME SERVICE & FOOD WAS GREAT!!! Good job Johnny & Hardee's team because of him & his service I applaud you & I will be back!!!!!

I had a great wonderful time at this restaurant the manager named Becky she was great. She was friendly caring and a great attitude toward her coworkers and that place was clean like really clean food was fresh burgers was Savory and just hands down best strawberry milkshake

I absolutely love this place. Everytime I have went the staff has been friendly, food has been fresh and hot. I normally go and the drive thru is busy, the inside sometimes has customers but not many so I go in. They make sure to grert you and let you know they will be with you shortly while takimg orders in the drive thru and they don't forget about you like most places. I always see great team work and seems like everyone gets along well. Would definitely keep going back and trlling everyone to make sure to go to this location.

I would have to say the few times I been in this location it's very well cleaned the works are always smiling and welcoming faces you get what you asked it sound like they all work will together I do command this place if you are in the mood for a good burger or chicken sandwich thanks for doing a great job

Super fast in the drive thru, ordered big hot ham meal. Sandwich was hot and fries were fresh out of the grease. They asked if I needed any ketchup or other condiments. I recieved me food in what seemed like less than 2 minutes. Way better than the other Hardees in downtown jeff.

Best biscuit service is great staff are very friendly and hardee's is a great place to eat

I was impressed. For fast food, pretty decent. We ate inside the restaurant on Easter Sunday. We were traveling and hungry. Didn't want McDonald's 🤮. Gave this place a try and they took care of us. Our food was hot, and we got it quickly.

Great food. Service slow after placing order but food still hot when I got it home so worth the wait. Hate fast service but cold food. Cashier was happy and friendly. Seemed like she was enjoying her job. I usually stop there after the grocery and has always been great.

Hardees keep up the good work. Awesome menu and awesome employees. They are a little rough around the edges but they are polite and they work hard and I appreciate hard working employees. The Monster Biscuit is absolutely maybe the best creation of a BFast sandwich that has ever been created. No joke.

Very impressed at the amount of staff this location had, most were still learning but the managers seemed involved the whole time. The food was very good the prices seem to be a little high but you do get large servings. Their fries and the breading on their chicken tenders are better than most diners. Good job Hardees!
