Ariel Rotax handled all my insurance needs with efficiency, competency, and friendliness. I explained what I was looking for in auto, home and umbrella policies which took about 10 minutes on the phone. She emailed me quotes within a hour and I was a happy State Farm customer shortly after that. I especially appreciate Ariel's respect for my time. She made the process quick and easy.

Jazmin Burlett has been kind, helpful and very supportive. I had spent some time looking into purchasing life insurance before my current employer offered it. She was very diligent at getting me quotes and numbers ASAP. She is prompt, and provides excellent customer service- plus the rates are very competitive. I have had 4 different insurance companies since I started driving, none were like State Farm. Jazmin has been amazing to work with. I hate having to deal with automated companies and that's not the case with her, anytime I need something changed or have a question I just send her a message and she always responds promptly. I joined State Farm a few years ago after having a few tickets on my record, Jazmin was able to find me the lowest rate around, and it has continued to decrease since joining. She has also been able to bundle my renters insurance as well as my motorcycle insurance for very little increase, and if I remember correctly it may have even DECREASED my total monthly! State Farm in general just has exceptional service and answers to concerns are always addressed promptly. I can't think of a reason why I would ever switch!
