Extremely well maintained room. The craftsmanship in the room was excellent. Front desk staff was extremely courteous. Wish I had time to try breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the facility seemed very new and clean. The breakfast was great and well stocked. My kids loved the small indoor pool. The location is also nice up on a hilltop away from everything with a pretty nice view. It's pretty close to I-64 the non toll bridge to get to Louisville as well. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the New Albany area.

A perfect place. The location on top of a hill overlooking Indiana and unobstructed views to Louisville, KY. The Lobby is beautifully decorated and kept in pristine condition. Staff was outstanding, Josh checked us in in less than two minutes with a smile. Rooms are spacious, well designed, clean clean clean. Breakfast was perfect and staff extremely welcoming and accommodating. We were there for a few days attending a wedding, this place made our stay special. Simply perfect in every way.

The hotel sits on top of a beautiful hill, with a great view. The hotel itself is brand new and very clean. Beds were great and the room had good climate control.

The pool is tiny and the breakfast was not very good.

But I would definitely recommend staying here.

I have stayed at a lot of Marriott hotels, and this has to be one of the nicest, cleanest hotels I've ever encountered. I don't normally write reviews, but this one definitely deserves a positive review. Walking into the hotel, everything is super clean and orderly. Front Desk staff are extremely nice and helpful. Seriously, walking into the room, I would have thought this was a brand new hotel, and I am the first guest to stay in the room. A hotel doesn't stay this nice without a staff that truly cares! This hotel will definitely be my go-to next time I am in the area.

Very happy stay. Very well looked after. Breakfast , room service, tidiness &promptness was very impressive. During the breakfast, the elderly lady with a colourful neck tie was so caring & considerate reaching out to small kids for their needs. Well done & keep it up

Stayed for four days. It was indeed a wonderful experience which was possible because of the hotel staff’s care & look after. Everyone right from the entrance to the room…. Very clean, nice rooms, had a gym, pool, free breakfast. Everything seemed new and not worn. Set up on a quiet hill overlooking a valley. Would definitely stay here again.

Definitely a great stay. Pricing was great even with it being Nee Years weekend. Staff as always was friendly.

My only issue was the price for the convenience store they have in there and the medication that we got was expired. The expired med wasn’t noticed until we got home. That part is on me for not checking. I did call the next day after we checked out and the staff member was friendly and offered to refund the cost. I declined the refund.

Definitely a place I would stay again. Help that it has an amazing view.

Great place to stay! Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, and breakfast is tasty. They do have a small indoor pool. It was a bit chilly but, we were so happy to have a swim, we barely noticed. Would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful, brand new hotel in a safe location near multiple fast food options and grocery stores/drug stores. Check in was seamless, I believe his name was Josh, but he was great checking me in even near midnight when most would be dragging lol. Room was awesome and the floor was quiet. Easy 10 min drive to downtown Louisville, I’ll definitely be staying again.

Clean rooms, great location on top of a hill with city views. The staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend. Whenever we are in the area, we will stay here for sure.

We had a really good experience with this hotel. Very clean, great breakfast, beautiful view from the location. The lady that was taking care of the breakfast was very good about making sure our breakfast was good, made sure we had everything we needed and keep the area very clean. The only thing we had negative to say about the whole visit was that the housekeeping staff should allow guests to get on the elevator before they get on.

We brought a large FFA group here and had a great experience. Everything was so clean and nice.
We worked with David on rooms and pricing. He helped us so much, and was a pleasure to work with. They had a great breakfast as well.

Located beautifully on the top of a hill that oversees the city, this Fairfield Inn location provided an exceptional stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with a spacious shower. Check-in/out was simple and swift. The gym was compact but clean. If I had to be picky, the breakfast was just okay. No great protein options or fruit, but it's free so, *shrugs*.

Bonus: A ton of retail, food, and coffee options nearby.

The staff and this hotel have made staying here an exceptional experience. The front desk staff are knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant . The rooms are top notch and super clean. The hotel property and building is perfectly kept up and I couldn't come up with something to complain about of I tried.

Just have to mention again that the front desk staff are the greatest!

One word to summarize our stay: Quality.

This was our second multiple night stay at Fairfield. Last time was last year. On both occasions we found the room conditions to be excellent, EXTREMELY CLEAN, the service professional and responsive, and their breakfast buffet to be consistently good with a wide variety of both hot and cold options. Another thing I noticed was although there were some new staff members, all of the old staff members were still there. I think that says something. I have seen some reviews complaining about thin walls and noise, the first stay we did not hear anything despite being located right by the elevator, the second stay there was only one night with an extremely loud family with young children next door. They went to bed before midnight so it wasn't a big deal. But that was the only time we experienced that issue. I don't think this is a typical experience there.

Nice hotel. Convenient. Decent breakfast. Great exercise room. Pool is dinky, but that's ok. Walls are kinda thin, but tolerable. Hillary and Tina are awesome breakfast hostesses.
