New Albany Plaza

I visited the Kroger here I have to say it was a good experience. It is three days before Christmas I found everything I needed and was back in my car in 20 minutes. The store was clean nobody out front begging for money. Nobody stole my car it's the little things that make the experience.

I was able to run into Kroger's, throw the dry goods in the back, then go over to my favorite vegetarian/vegan oriental restaurant right there in the facility there is a Japanese and Chinese restaurant with very awesome healthy options for prices about $20 lower than other choices in the rest of New Albany, Clarksville and Jeffersonville.

I visited the Big Lots Home Center & Dollar Tree and everything was very clean & in order. Their employees were very nice, polite & helpful as well!

Great place to shop with different stores. The krogers and the dollar tree here are so convenient. They are building a marshal's right now where staples used to be.. super excited about that!!

It is changing often but a staple in the community. Yamato is our favorite place there.

Lady in pharmacy with red hair, made our day. She Went the extra mile for my Dad in finding a coupon for his medicine. Very friendly. Love this Kroger. Also Jimmy' in the meat department always goes the extra mile helping me find everything!!! Super friendly to customers be and their children.

I can always depend on this store to find white half runner green beans! I was brought up on them & their my favorite! Great Indiana cantaloupe & watermelons. Very nice people there! Wish I lived closer.

I was able to gain the items I was looking for except one item Kroger was out of which was Dove Antibacterial Body Wash. Additionally, the store appeared to be revamping and had moved departments to different areas of the store. Lastly, I did not have to wait an extended period of time in the check out lane.

Go all the time great sales professionals and lots of different brands to choose between thanks

Very friendly, they where having PC problem but where so nice about it and other things. Even went to get stuff out of the storage for us that wasn't on the self atm

Busy busy busy. Needs more safety here. I personally do not trust it there. Needs more police not just the security in store more police officers patrolling there from my personal experience. Preferably all day and all night. Gets pretty fishy down there. All around in front and out back. Needs more cameras outback where the dumpsters are for the employees safety. Please if there is anything like that that can be provided and done it sure would bring some relief . Thank you.

VERY NICE PLACE TO SHOP AT

Great stores. Ben Franklin was awesome. Employees were so nice. Things were easy to locate, prices most reasonable. Dollar tree was awesome. Everything organized and shelves full. Employees very helpful and courteous. Big Lots was very neat and clean. Even the bathrooms. Employees were nice and very helpful. Shelves stocked and no out dated items found. I rate whole experience a 10. I will return!

Floor plan easy to follow. Items easy to find. Love the clothes and other accessories. Out of the way for me but worth it every once in awhile. Refreshing experience from the others I frequent.

I was actually pleasantly surprised 😮 with the New Albany Plaza and the mix of stores. My visit was to the Dollar Tree to pick up a online order for Senior gift bags at my Church. Prior to going I spoke with the store manager Stacey who was very pleasant and confirmed that my order was there. When I arrived I did some more Christmas shopping, checked out and then picked up my order from Stacey. I am very satisfied with their friendly customer service ❤❤ I didn't know until today that Stacey was the store manager when I called back to get her name again 😃😊
