Dollar General

Lots of stuff available at a decent price. Most of the clerks are nice & helpful. They put seasonal items on sale as soon as the holiday has passed. I got lots of cute $1 stuffed animals for $0.50 one time and other sale items as well. My only complaint is their stocking is inconsistent and I don't know if it the company's

A little cluttered but a lot better look then what was there before. Little bummed I was not able to use the public men's room even though there was no out of order sign and they're 2 bathrooms. Overall being a former employee of Dollar General in Florida. Just needs a good rest and someone to tidy up the store

It’s 5:40, Sept 29, a Thursday. No store hours on website or on door. It’s closed. No sign on doors saying closed. So many people are coming in the parking lot to be turned away in the short time I was there. More business for Family Dollar.

This is the 2nd time I've come here where the website says they're open till 10 and the doors are locked at Is 9:08 PM. When you go out of your way to try to make it to the store well within the time they say they're going to close it really ticks you off when you get there and you need something. Dollar General needs to get their junk together. Get your website right so you stop misleading your customers

This store is extremely inconsistent. It's constantly closed due to a lack of employees. You simply can't trust this store to be open.

This is me a really good location to open that store. You know one that is open. Business hours my son website and all over listings when you search for it on the web. Third time now I visited the store 1 hour prior to the list of closing time and guess what? Doors are locked stores close no sign on the door no exclamation. And then when you get inside the store on the off-chance that you arrived during time the stores open you will find an abysmal many rude workers and you will purchase things that did not ring up incorrectly and then get argue with even though you have a physical copy of the store ad or can show proof have the correct pricing on your application on your cell phone. I do not recommend the store whatsoever needs to be closed and something suitable put in place

I will never go back in this store again; I have been in there 3 times, but have actually went in there twice due to the store being closed early and the manager acting nasty about it. I went in there last week and was overcharged for an item apparently the scanner rang it up twice, so today I went back to the store to see if they would give me the item I was charged for and they wouldn't; they told me I would have to come back when the manager was there; all I really wanted was what I had already been charged for; I am so mad I can't even see straight right now over this, because while I was checking out the young black chick ahead of me that had just checked out walked out the doors with the things buzzing like crazy and the cashier shouts out "oh go on you're just going out the wrong door", yeah....right!!!! I went in the wrong door and it didn't go off.....I am so mad I mean I am an honest person and this is the way I get treated. I had spent around $200

Came here as an assigned shop and dash order. The cashier wasn’t helpful, had attitude and muttered under her breath something about “that’s 2” as I left and she recognized I was door dash. I’ve came here before for a door dash order and the store wasn’t even open at 10am - there was a delivery truck sitting in the driveway.
Go to the Vincennes street DG if you can!

This place is a joke the "manager" informed me the store is closed. It's 2:30 on a Monday! I had a mobile order to pick up between 2 and 3. Even though the app says it was received. She "claimed" not to have it. She was rude, and lacked basic people skills. Go to one of the other locations in New Albany save your self the stress. If anyone from DG is reading this FIRE WENDY!!!

Worker, Linda was extremely rude. I was going to buy a case of monsters but they had no price listed. The worker was standing not 10ft away with a price gun in her hand. I asked her and her only response was i dont know and kept working!!!!! Then when she came up front she walked up to register so i kept walking then she went to the other one so i backed up and i said oh im sorry i thought u was stopping at that one. She VERY RUDLY said well u seen me standing at this one!!!! I wont be a repeat customer for sure.

This store is ALWAYS closed. Everytime I come they have a sign that says unloading truck. It’s never a truck their. I will gladly go across the street to family dollar. Business is probably missing out on so much money because of that.

Walked through the door at 5:47, they said they were closed. Every single review I have read on here says the same thing. At this point in might as well just shut this store down. What is the point? What a joke.

Always has closed due to truck u load and there is no truck there at all. Manager is rude and never opens the store, at this point it needs to be closed Down since they are never open
