I visited the Grantline Road AutoZone and was able to get assistance almost immediately. In addition, the part that I needed was at the store the next day. The agent that assisted me was very helpful, although, when I called the next day to see if the part had been delivered, a different agent told me the part hadn't been delivered when in actuality the part was at the store. My suggestion to all is that if you have to order a part, when you call to check the status of delivery ask the agent to double check their inventory for your order.

Been going to auto zone since the 90's with my dad and if you need anything for your vehicle it's always a good bet they have it. Like going to see an old friend.

There was only one lady working, but she was very fast and extremely courteous, she helped 4 people ahead of me and still felt like I didn't wait too long

Excellent service! Went in for a headlight bulb. Was put in for me by a very experienced worker. In and out in less than 20 minutes.

They are always fast and help you find what you need . I'm usually there for things like replacement windshield wipers. They look up my car show me which ones I need and even put them on for me!! The manager is great.

Patrick Burk was very knowledgeable on two vehicles of mine and was of great help in coming up with a list of items for repairs. Thankfully they caught a control valve issue mechanics had even missed after numerous visits.

Alan the manager at the New Albany grantline store is wonderful and really helped out when replacing the windshield wipers. Definitely a 5 star rating.

so I went there thinking I need a new timing belt or chain whatever its called I also knew I had transmission I thought I needed a whole new transmission because of them running a test on my truck for free I now know I just need to replace two spark plugs and a sensor in a couple weeks I'll let you know how it turns out when I get money to buy the parts

Great service there. Tried to help me find a filler cap to avail but they did try to help me find what I needed.
