Our experience with wrubel home inspections was great, customer service was friendly and helpful. And our inspector was thorough and able to talk us through the inspection and what he was looking at. Would recommend them, they were also budget friendly.

Joe was very thorough and detailed in the inspection of my home. He encouraged me to ask questions and was available throughout the inspection to show me any potential issues. Excellent service from the point of just calling in to get a quote to the moment the reports have been sent after the inspection has been competed. They're very good at explaining the process and take care of all the logistics so we can focus on other tasks. They made us feel reassured that our new home has all its systems in place functioning properly and empowered us to ask the seller to do all the minor touches and repairs needed before closing. A highly detailed and specialized home inspection. Our inspector was very personable and went through a very thorough list of all the issues in our potential home. He was very knowledgeable about many issues our house had and was keen to let us know if it was a big problem or a little problem. A very thorough inspection that would have saved me a lot of headaches had the seller been not willing to repair the issues. A lot of costly repairs needed that were hidden from the visible eye.
