Kroger Marketplace

This is a great Kroger location. It’s clean, the service is quick, helpful, and friendly, and I was able to find everything I needed without any issues.

Day before Grand Opening and sales galore! This Kroger is on State Street in New Albany, Indiana. Free ham to the first 500 people in door starting at 8 AM 9-14-27. Well stocked and ready and new clothes area, too.

Kroger sponsored the Coca Cola Caravan and Santa on Dec 6th in the New Albany Plaza. It was beautiful and had Santa taking pics with kids and adults alike. It was fun for all. Coca-Cola travels all over US with their lit up tractors and trailers to brighten the day for every one and share a Coke.

Kroger has all your special decorating needs. Several different kinds of Nutcrackers and light up snow globes. You will see the Christmas tree and presents as you come in the doors. There is so much more than a beautiful grocery store!

THIS IS A GREAT KROGER STORE WITH A GREAT LOCATION ALSO. I USED TO WORK AT THIS KROGER STORE ABOUT 40 PLUS YEARS AGO WHEN IT WAS ACROSS STATE STREET WHERE THE TARGET STORE IS NOW .

Can find many things in addition to fresh produce, deli ,bakery and gas for the car. There are clothes and shoes available. Orders of $35 can be ordered for pick up or delivery at no additional charges.

Shout out to Dot (Dorothy) one of the managers on duty Tuesday night 2/28! Myself and a team of 8 others were working to source donations to feed first responders in our area and she donated three huge cases of water and two boxes of chips! Thank you so much for partnering with us! You really helped make the police department and the nurses at Baptists night!

Other than high prices and poor management the lower employees are the kindest people.

My new favorite grocery store. I'll drive farther from my apartment (and past the gross Clarksville one) to get better quality here. The produce always seems significantly fresher, they actually have bakery items and hot food in stock, and the store itself is huge and gorgeous.

We have always had good experiences when visiting this Kroger store. As it is not our “neighborhood” store, we only occasionally make it over to this newer, larger location for its variety. This weekend we experienced exceptional service when we had a request met from the bakery. They special-ordered in the ingredients needed so we could get the tasty donuts we wanted for our event. Ordering was easy over the phone and pick up with Teresa this morning was great. Then check out was made easy with personal help at the self-check out line. Pleasant, cheerful and helpful all around.

Hard to find enough help sometimes and not only do they seem to have that, but also great people!!

This is a very nice store with great food selection.

My favorite kroger! Employees are nice, always a fun trip to go grocery shopping. The workers at the Starbucks are always nice as well!

Employees were kind throughout the entire store smiling and saying hi! Our experience at the deli was pleasant and the deli staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful with our selection. The new store is huge and we are still trying to get use to the layout. Definitely has what we need when we need it just have to find it or ask one of the many associates offering to help. Shelves are either stocked or being stocked and maintained noticeably.

Great store with just about everything you could need on a shopping trip for groceries and the like.

Really enjoy shopping for groceries at this store since they expanded. The store feels open and spacious. The selection is expansive and you can purchase items beyond the traditional grocery goods. Particularly enjoy the wine and spirit selection. Very nice one stop shop.

This Kroger has always been good. I haven't really had a bad experience with the staff or groceries here. They have a full pharmacy, clothes/shoes section, home goods, deli, alcohol, and groceries. The parking lot is large, but it's shared with a lot of other stores.

I have shopped at this Kroger for 6 years. The staff has always been great but the last 6 months they have been amazing. They never walk by you without saying something with a smile on their face. They stop everything to help find what I am looking for. I leave there even when it's busy with a smile on my face because of the greatest people. I want to thank you all for all you do because you all are so great. Keep up the good work.

Very well lit and well stocked store. Easily accessable from the interstate. Large aisles and plenty of workers to help you. Great deals! Two minor complaints: the shared parking lot (it's in a shopping center) is crowded during the noon 'rush', and the store is extremely large, which is good, however it is organized in a unusual fashion, causing an extreme amount of walking to gather a few items. Overall, it's good for large grocery trips, but not for quick stop shopping.

Kroger pickup has come a long way. I've never waited over 5 minutes for my order to be brought to my car.

Love the new updated Kroger on State Street. So many different items added with the expansion. The Managers are fantastic and so helpful when something may be out of stock and they give you something in place of the item. The cashiers are wonderful as well. Nice and polite.

The Kroger in New Albany is FAR better than any we have been to. Great selection of produce, and the employees are amazing. This is the only Kroger we have been to that the employees actually ask you if you need help. Any others we have been to, you have to walk half of the store just to see an employee, and when you do see them, they act turn around and basically run away!
