Doug is a great real estate agent.As an out of state investor, it is very helpful to have an agent who is willing to take the time to educate you about the market and give you information that you cannot find in a book or online. This is because on top of being a top agent (with hundreds of real estate transactions under his belt) Doug is a real estate investor himself. I have purchased properties in Indianapolis before through other agents and can confidently say that Doug’s knowledge about the Indianapolis market or real estate market as a whole is superior. Also, I really appreciate that Doug is not just trying to make a quick sale he is willing to give honest advise if he doesn’t think a property would not be a good investment.
