I contacted BestOne on Highway 36 in Avon, Indiana to inquire about new tires. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely nice and told me he didn’t have the specific tires in-store but he would order them from the warehouse. He said they would be in on the truck the following day.
He called as soon as the truck came in. It took me about 15 minutes to get there and my vehicle was moved inside the bay immediately after they gathered my information into the system.
The front counter associates were very friendly and even offer beverages while you wait. I will recommend this place to everyone.

I have been a customer for the last few years and have been incredibly satisfied with the work, customer service, and integrity of the employees. Today I was able to get right in, and had my car back within an hour. They go above and beyond to ensure that you and your car are well taken care of.

Per the usual they were able to diagnosis and fix the issue the same day. That doesn’t always happen, but I love when it does. I also appreciate that they would have stayed late to finish it if needed to be.

Best-One of Indy was amazing. We needed a trailer tire replace. They were quick and provided the best customer service from the desk to the shop!

Very good service. Went out of their way to help me had to order special tires only took 3 days. I was in and out and under an hour. Highly recommend.

The guys here are super helpful and got my car fixed very promptly. My car was broken down and I had to get several things replaced. They explained the whole process to me and everything they did. I would recommend them to anyone!

I called so many tire shops trying to find what I needed for my truck and they were the only ones that gave me a detailed list of multiple options and when the ones I selected weren’t going to be available before I had to leave out of town they ordered me the next best ones and gave me a discount to make things right. Everyone here is friendly and easy to deal with. I will continue coming here for all my needs

Needed new tires for my car. I , called they had tires in stocks. Did a walk in got my tires installed with a little waiting. I'm very satisfied with the customer service. Friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome and efficient and deserve every five star review they have received. I had a flat tire on a Sat. morning and I rolled in there not even knowing if they would be able to attend to it. They had it in the bay within five minutes of me checking in and I was out of there in 30 minutes. You can't ask for better and more efficient service than that. Truly impressed with the customer service here and I will definitely come back for other work. They even offer complimentary beverages in the lobby--a nice touch indeed. Thanks fellas.

Matt and Christian my Tech.was just remarkable !! Their commitment to excellence and quality of work done is exceptional. They truely care about their customers expectations. They did a right wheel bearing hub replacement ABS sensor replacement and left park light replacement. In such a remarkable time. Dropped vehicle off around 2:30 to 3 pm yesterday got a call at 530 pm vehicle was done I could pick it up. Wow had taken vehicle to Firestone in Speedway at 8 am was their for 5 hours and still hadn't check or moved my vehicle what a bad mistake on my part. Picked up vehicle took it to Best One Of Indy and Matt. They repaired it and even saved me money about 100.00. And even did more work ABS sensor replacement and brake light. Please check out Best One Of Indy and Matt and Christian for your vehicle needs before you waste your hard earned money and waste your time. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

My wife has been happy using you for years. I just started with the last couple of oil changes. Got a oil change and a set of top shelf michelins this time. All good as far as I can tell.
